Lazer Port Family Fun Center

So there are a ton of these in Pigeon Forge, and I hope I’m reviewing the right one.
I think I am. It looks familiar.
Did the elevated track. For about 4 or 5 times around on a double go-​cart it’s only 13 bucks. Super fun. Not crowded. Very little wait.
The turns tickled my tummy. Good feeling!

Went for the arcade. They have a large arcade one of the largest I’ve seen in the area, but after looking at all the games we notice quite a few unplugged/​off. We still thought we would give it a try. This is one of the arcades that use the card system, which I HATE. Both of the machines to buy game credits were broken so you must stand in the line for a cashier to get the card to play games. This was a turn off. They had a special where if you buy $ 100 in game credits you get $ 75 for free. I thought that was a great deal!
Once we got our card we went to play, we went to the first game my daughter wanted to play the card wouldn’t swipe, the 2^nd game we went to, again the card swiper wouldn’t work. I went back to the counter to see about getting a different card. The lady working couldn’t/wouldn’t help me and called a manager to help. The manager came out to the games that didn’t work and told us if it doesn’t swipe the game must need to reboot. I’m not sure what he wanted me to do with this information, Should I reboot the games myself? Call someone over to reboot every game that didn’t work? He rebooted the game we wanted to play. We went to a few other games and tried to swipe our card, didn’t work.
Finally after my daughter becoming super disappointed that every single game she chose wouldn’t work, we decided to get a refund. Luckily, the only game we could get to work was .50. They did refund my $ 100 to my card, which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

Waste of $ 13 a person. They don’t have it organized at all. They shove way too many people into a small room where you cant even move. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Absolutely awful experience. They obviously have zero management and zero customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will never be going to this establishment again and I warn others to do the same.

Go cart experience was great! Loved the track as well. Staff was great, they helped me find my car keys. Make sure you put them in a good spot! Definitely worth the 10 bucks.
**best thing to do is go to a gas station and get the buy one get one free coupon.
Laser tag was sub-​par, it would be better if it was team oriented instead of everyone is their own individual team. Not worth the 13 bucks.

Overpriced. Of the 2 arcade/​fun centers we went to, the other was definitely more economical with more generous prizes. 9 $ for single go cart ride and 11 $ for double (my 4 year old should be able to ride free with me) they do have a 29 $ deal per person for all of their activities– just a pricey place considering all the others to compete with

The staff at the registers where you purchase your tickets were very rude to my 11 year old children when they purchased their own tickets for laser tag. It was very disorganized and one of the staff actually shook the credit card type of ticket in front of my child and husband and rudely said «helll-​OOO» to get their attention. Blatant disrespect to a child who is using his own earned money. After telling Danny the manager about our experience, he laughed with the employees about my complaint. He obviously didn’t realize I was close by or maybe he just didn’t care. As far as the laser tag, all three of our boys had fun. It is one level with two rooms to play in. The buy one get one free coupon that you can find in the local coupon books is actually like a 2 games for the price of one. Each child ends up getting 2 games for the price of one for about $ 14, which we found to be reasonable. There is an arcade as well as black light golf but we did not stay.

The mini golf is absolutely horrible. No air flow so you will be in a hot nasty environment for 18 holes. Dead spots where the ball won’t bounce. Trash on the floor as well. We had coupons for a free game so it made it easier but will never go back

Black light putt putt was fiflthy inside. Go karting was excellent, best track for us so far in Pidgeon Forge. This saved them a little on the rating.

It’s hard to choose where to go– the laser tag option was a seller for me. I am a 33 year old kid and with me were two crazy kids, 11 and 12. We had a great time! From the cashier to the cart guys– everybody was friendly. The laser tag was so fun– it seemed a little disorganized at first (I think the tag leader was just waking up) but it was a blast. The process takes about 20 – 30 minutes start to finish. The golf is kind of lame– but the go-​carts were fast and awesome!!! They definitely beat you up but for me, it added to the excitement! $ 25– 2– hour pass is worth it.

Overpriced. Only go there with the discount coupons

$ 20 for 100 tokens, but most of the good games cost 4 tokens each. The putt-​putt is cool, but very cramped. The ice cream parlor is reasonably priced. The employees do not look like they are professional at all, but over all, it isnt bad if you have some money and time to waste.

I only went here for the arcade, so far it’s alright, if you want a little arcade game fix in the area.
Games are reasonably priced. Some of the larger machines suited for simulation and tickets take 4 tokens, but smaller sit-​down driving games and light gun games take 2 tokens.
I went on a Saturday afternoon, so of course, it was «busy». There seems to be a lot of redneck-​y, pushy people soaring about through the arcade.
I played two games here: The original ‘House of the Dead’ and ‘Harley-​Davidson & L.A. Riders’, which are both from 1997, and took 2 tokens. The HotD game played fine (with blue/​purple blood, not red). Great game! But I had a rather mediocre experience with the Harley-​Davidson game, but after seeing the tech named «Ted» working on one of the Harley machines, I had a very pleasant talk with him. He told me about old games that used to be there and whatnot. I was pleased to meet him.
The «park hopper» pass seems like an okay deal, but the arcade is average. If you or your kids are looking for more «modern» games you might wanna consider the ‘Big Top Arcade’ and Rockin’ Raceway…

I was really dissatisfied with how most of the staff treated my family and me. The go-​karting was too scary to be fun, especially because it was wet due to the sprinklers, and the boys who were working the karts were especially rude to me. I was just generally unhappy with the whole experience, including the laser tag and the majority of the arcade games. I don’t recommend this and we’re never coming back.

First time at this center and it sure is a lot of fun for sure! The go-​kart track is a definite thrill seeking experience if you are the trill type. I haven’t got to try out the lazer tag aren’t or the black light mini-​golf but definitely will try next time I’m in town. Also the $ 25 activity hopper is a great deal! It gives you a choice of up to 5 activities! That’s a great deal!

Management and employees very rude and almost non concerning to guest needs very pushy to leave cause of a private party but The signs were on a couple does but not I the one we came in. And 15 minutes until the party started we bought 50 $ In coins and none informed us Of it closing early for the party we come here everyone when we are in town which is once a month and spend good money everyone just felt like were the could of been more informative to guest about closing earlier without the attitude from management

5 stars for customer service! The wristband package is a good deal if the other participating businesses are operating and open. We went in the off-​season and had problems taking advantage of the package because of businesses not being open or being closed for owner inspections. They refunded our money and let us keep the bands. We certainly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond our requests for a partial refund.

My husband and I checked out this place during our winter vacation. I’m not a go cart riding person, but my husband is. He asked me to please ride one time, so I did. I don’t even like driving on regular roads in traffic, let alone a go cart race track. The ride was okay. I didn’t like the smell of gas, how fast I went down the hills, or the teenagers bumping in to me. My husband loved it however! He was thrilled with the entire experience. He road the carts twice he had so much fun. The cost was ten dollars for a five minute ride. My husband said that he would give this five stars, so I did. For me, I’m just not into racing cars, but I’m not going to let that fact contribute to my rating. I did however enjoy playing the games inside, after we finished our go cart racing.

Took a group of 60. Ignored by workers. No one was helpful or cared to really help. Won’t go back

My fiancé and I decided to come here because they had a Groupon available ($ 25 for Four Hours of Unlimited Laser Tag, Go-​Karting, and Mini Golf). First we went mini golfing which was pretty fun. I enjoyed the black-​lighting inside which made the mini golf a little more challenging. Then we went in for go-​karts. We waited in line for quite a while because one of the karts that were being used before us kept breaking down. After the race was done they put the non-​working kart in the back.
Once it was our turn I quickly realized that the go karts are pretty bad… My fiancé ended up getting a kart that went extremely slow. It was so slow that it couldn’t make it up a little hill and he ended up rolling backwards because the kart gave out.
The track is very bumpy, especially going down the steep hill. There was one point were my kart ended up lifting up off the ground which scared the crap out of me. Well, because my fiancé was so pissed off at his kart we decided to give the go-​karts another go. He told the staff that the kart he had was not working properly and they just ignored him and kept it in for another round.
The next time we went around it was a bit better… mainly because my fiancé had a working kart. With three hours left to spare we realized that we rather spend our time somewhere else than stay there any longer. The only reason I had fun at this place was because I had my best friend with me. If the staff took better care of the place… it would probably be more enjoyable.

Not a bad place. Go carts seem slower than other places. Laser and putt putt aren’t bad, but very crowded. Fun time, 100 tokens for only $ 20.
Avoid the annoying time share people at the main entrance!
