I have been seeing Cindy for Reiki sessions for a few weeks now. And I must say that I am very pleased. My initial reason for seeing Cindy was to see if Reiki could help with my mood. For several weeks I had been walking around irritable and in an all around funk. Snapping at my kids, my husband, and generally being sour about life. After one treatment I felt like a new person. And certainly the stress of everyday life gets to me, but not in the way it did before seeing her.
She’s also managed to wash away whatever aches or pains I might have walking into a session. I had a headache once that tylenol wouldn’t touch. Cindy cured it!
Overall, Cindy is a wonderful Reiki Master and a pleasure to be around. She is vibrant, full of life, and you can’t help but smile in her presence.

Went twice for the three brazilians, worked with two different therapist, but couldn’t go for third that Cindy told me they do not have a brazilian specialist any more!
Place is nice for the price and nice staff.

So I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax a few months back. After reading the reviews on here about going there for this, I was a bit hesitant. However, hating to waste money, I decided to go and use my Groupon anyways and was pleasantly surprised.
My esthetician, Paige, was super sweet and did a fantastic job. On the other reviews I kept reading how the waxer kept waxing over and over again on the same area, and would rip skin, etc. etc., however this was far from the truth with my experience at least. She would wax one section, and then right after go back with tweezers to catch any lingering hairs. While this wax did take longer than my normal waxes, Paige took her time to very meticulously remove every single hair. One of the most pain-​free waxes I’ve had (and I’ve been getting them for about 2 years now).

Brazilians beware… Six strikes — youuuuuu’re out!
We all hate long reviews, but this little shop of horrors compels me to vent.
I booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax through Groupon, and when I arrived I was told that I was not in the computer, and the wax esthetician was not in. Strike one. (I was offered a discount on my next service, but why bother after this experience?) The owner then told me that one of the other staff members must have booked the appointment, but when I made the appointment over the phone, she told me who she was upon answering my call! Strike two. Then, I finally get to my appointment on another day and wait for ONE HOUR to be seen, during which time I visited a disgusting bathroom with an open window. Then the owner offers me a mysterious pink liquid as I wait, and spills it on the floor. Strikes three and four. Speaking of open windows, I finally get upstairs with the young lady, and I had to close the window myself so that the cars on the street wouldn’t witness my undressing. Strike five? Really? And my service: there was wax everywhere, she waxed the same places multiple times, and not all of the wax (or hair) was removed after she was done! Upon my dismissal, the owner did ask me if there was anything she could do to improve my service. That was almost worth another star, but not after six strikes.
Don’t bother parking your car in this little backwater lot. Pay full price for a full job well done.

Staff were very sweet and nice but I will never go back there for Brazilian wax. She was just awful. She almost cut my skin, she repeatedly waxed the same location over and over and over. I have been to many different places for waxing but she just seemed very inexperienced and you don’t want anybody who is not experienced in that region. And the room wasn’t very clean either. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. It lasted much longer than it should, and I really want my money back but it was through groupon. (Note to self: do not purchase any more brazillian wax from groupon.) And the person who gave me wax was standing around to get tip from me, I mean, really??? You think you deserve to get tipped? She may be good at waxing eye brows or face or armpit or legs, but I really don’t think they should advertise for bikini/​Brazilian. I don’t want anybody else to go through what I went though. It was that awful.

I have followed Natasha to her new salon and I am happy that I did. Her work with my straightened (but naturally curly hair) is the best in Baltimore.
I met the owner and another stylist and they seemed friendly are eager to please.
I know I’ll come every time I’m in town!
