Neha has been a part of Baltimore community since last 20 years and opened her own salon in 2007. Neha’s Salon and Spa is located in the heart of Pikesville centrally located just half a mile south of the beltway at 1501 Reisterstown Road. The spa features a variety of services for both men and women. The services include eyebrow threading, hair, massage therapy, facials, manicures/​pedicures, spa packages, couples packages, spa parties, makeup for all occasions, henna tattoo and more! Neha Gupta has been a part of the Baltimore community for over 20 years; she worked in various salons before opening her own place about 7 years ago. She started by herself and slowly built upon her clientele from scratch. Within just a year she established herself as a Threading expert in the Pikesville community.

Neha is very passionate about her work and business with a fierce desire to be successful. Neha has a huge customer following and some of her regular customers are local celebrities and socialites. Some of her customers travel from New York, Washington DC, Virginia and even Florida! Her customer service skills are the landmark of her success.

One of the main reasons of Neha’s continued success is that she has perfected her unique threading technique to be virtually painless. Her customers often say, «when Neha does the threading, there is very little or no pain at all. Neha has given interviews to numerous magazines and featured in TV channels several times.

I like this salon a lot. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here and I also had a prenatal massage and a French bikini wax here. The only issue I had was with the French bikini wax. I had a very bad allergic reaction to the honey wax that was used and it required me to get two different prescriptions to treat it. I was also in my 9th month of pregnancy so obviously any type of infection/​allergic reaction can be potentially harmful and risky for the baby. The manager at Neha reached out to me twice before I had the baby to find out what happened and how my doctor was treating it. She also told me another woman that worked there had a bad reaction to the wax too. The medication I bought to treat the reaction cost more than the bikini wax itself and I wasn’t offered a refund or gift card or really any compensation for it. I also ended up having an emergency csection which may have been due to the reaction from the bikini wax. I think Neha’s is great for threading but I because of the events surrounding my bikini wax and pregnancy I will not be returning as a customer.

Wow! I was impressed with not only my eyebrows, but Neha’s customer service. It was my first time trying her out and now i’m sold! She just has such a warm and inviting demeanor. In addition, she was very fast and precise with my brows. I left my glasses in the waiting area and she ran out to my car to give them to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
PS I secretly judge threaders by their brows and hers were amazing, so I knew I was in good hands.

Where do I even begin on my experience at Neha’s Salon? The *burns* on my face that lasted for over week or the feeling of being manhandled by Deepa? I went into Neha’s Salon on a non-​busy weekday afternoon, and while I’ve had mixed experiences there before, I decided to give it another try at it’s new location. Big mistake.
I asked the receptionist for brow threading and waxing for my chin and lip and she sent me over to Deepa. The chair felt unnatural, I had trouble getting into a comfortable position (NOT meant for waxing) and Deepa repeatedly ran the thread through her mouth, then grabbed my face. Instead of asking if I was OK or if I was comfortable, she chastised me for not coming in more often and proceeded to do my eyebrows. When I asked her to do a wax on my chin and lip, she got clearly annoyed and put WAY to much wax on the stick. It dripped everywhere — including onto my shirt — and it was so hot that she had to keep blowing on it (NOT sanitary!). She then applied the wax sloppily and it got all over my lips (which she then proceeded to wax — because I have hair on my lips?!) and my entire face. I’m blonde and don’t have a neck mustache.
I left feeling defeated and with two prominent burns — Deepa didn’t even put anything on my face to ease the burns that she gave me. She barely acknowledged what had happened, and as I was leaving, chastised me again for not coming more frequently.

I have continued to come back to Neha, because Kenya is the best. The spa manager was the reason I have such a poor review. She had the worst attitude. I haven’t seen the spa manager in quite some time, so that’s a good thing. I had a conversation with the owner Neha and she truly values her customers. I gave four stars instead of five, because sometimes the receptionist doesn’t call you back.

O have tried three of the threading operators trying to make this place work as it is close to my home. within 48 hours I need to be rethreaded– one operator told me she was unable to get the smaller hairs. I have not had this problem in other salons. I have even had to go back and tell them they missed a section of hair on my chin I stopped trying to make this place work after 4 visits…

What can I say about this lady and business that most of her clients haven’t already stated.
When you come here, you get more than the outstanding service that they offer in such a serene space. You get a owner who treats you like she’s known you all her life… geniunely…and this trickles all the way down to her staff… EVERYTIME you visit!
This is just by asking you «how you’ve been» and engaging in sincere conversation about anything… Her spirit and what/​how she shares is truly a gift. I mean you walk out feeling like this world isn’t so bad after all…#PRICELESS/GOLDEN

The Threading us absolutely perfect here! They keep my eyebrows thick, give me a natural arch, and keep me looking beautiful lol I love Neha. She is such a sweet person and really gets to know the clients. I go to both locations. Pikeville and Canton, depending on when I need them done and what my schedule looks like that day. It’s a win-​win!

Super painful, over priced and my eyebrows had no arch when they were finished. I had super high expectations and they failed. The staff was very nice but I’ll never go back again. More expensive than waxing, takes 4 times as long and A LOT more painful :(

I’m visiting and needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I walked in and was seen right away. The salon is clean, well-​lit, and pleasant. I was seen right away and they even let my little sister watch what they were doing. My eyebrows look great and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It was everything I could ask for in an experience and I will DEFINITELY be back next time I’m in the area!

Threading, threading, waxing no more!
I have waited to do this review until after I’ve visited this location a few times. Before I give a five star review I want to make sure that the experience is consistent. And boy was this experience equal to my very first one!
I have always feared threading due to the pain that so many people talked about so I stuck to waxing. I don’t have a lot of eyebrows to begin with so waxing sometimes overdid it. Threading has become my new go to! DEEPA is heaven sent! You get a little pain it’s kind of like tweezing every little hair but it is well worth it ! Neha, the owner, also appears to a great job! Yet again I have left Deepa’s chair oh so fly! From the décor to the staff everything is warm and inviting! Don’t worry about having cash for tip, if you use a card they will give you cash for the amount that you would like to tip. Thank you ladies for keeping it consistent!

I have been going to Neha for about 10 years and remember when she was a one chair operation in another beauty salon– now she has grown to multiple locations with a full-​fledged spa and salon. Although she is most known for her threading (which creates perfect brows) her service offerings include couples spa treatments, Brazilian waxing manis and pedis. Neha is a beautiful spirit and her gracious personality, keen attention to detail and superb service offerings make this a great all around destination for your beauty needs.

Needed a day to relax and unwind so I made an appointment at Neha’s. I’ve been there once before for eyebrow threading but never for the spa services. Everything was wonderful. Neha did my brows expertly and then I began my spa services, a 90 minute combination massage followed by a pedicure. Both were great.
Since I was looking to unwind, I especially appreciated how no one rushed me through my services or rushed me out of the spa once my services were complete. The staff was amazing, regularly asked if I wanted/​needed anything. I was there almost 4 hours, exhaling and being pampered. I will definitely return. Great day and great value for my money. Always 5 Star treatment here. I do not get the threading services anymore bc My eyebrows no longer grow in like they used to… However Spa Services and Hair Services are On Point.
Neha is my girl and she has been doing services for me since 2002. Specializing in The Art of Threading. She Comes Highly recommended. No nicks… Breakouts or swelling. Very Safe however Can be painful. But Where there is Some Beauty There will be pain.
Kathleen Esthetian… She has given me facials with extractions that leave no marks Just a feeling of Facial Rejuvenation. My Face felt so Alive Again. Also she is My Wax-​Master-​Flex. Her techniques is Flawless Very little pain leaving the areas clean no in-​grown hairs bumps… Smooth as a Baby’s Bottom. I live for my maintenance!!!

I used to work right near Neha, so I finally decided to try it one day. I’d never had my brows threaded, but I’ve heard good things, so why not?
The parking is a bit tight, but other than that everything was all good. Walking in to the «lobby» area was a little cozy, but I only waited for about 2 minutes before I was taken to the back for my brow service. The threading was interesting… it was weird to look at this dental-​floss-​type of thread and feel it doing the work on you. Not to mention the loose hairs coming back onto your face for a little tickle.
My brow tech was quick and efficient, and I was done before I knew it.
I timed myself from getting out of the car to getting back in, and it was 15 minutes. Way to go, Neha.
Note: they also give you a loyalty card for your return visits. Get your hole punches on each visit to work your way up to a freebie.

Now I get what all the fuss is about — this place is incredible for threading services.
I used to go to a place at the mall to get my eyebrows done for the sheer convenience factor. But Deepa did such a phenomenal job — and so quickly! — that I can’t see myself going anywhere else from now on.
You may pay a minimal amount more to come here but there’s a reason the place is always packed and has a nearly perfect Unilocal rating. Be sure to ask for Deepa when you stop in — you can thank me later.

I have been going to Neha Threading for the past three years for eyebrow threading.
I have had my eyebrows done by both Neha and Deepa, and I honestly feel that Deepa does a better job and pays more attention to her work. Neha threaded my eyebrows while also having a conversation on her phone, which made me nervous about how my eyebrows would turn out in the end. They turned out to be okay, but I do still prefer to go to Deepa if possible…
Overall, I am happy with the eyebrow threading here. My eyebrows end up symmetric and nicely arched every time, and it takes less than 10 minutes. They are sure to wipe your finished eyebrows with alcohol (to disinfect the skin) and aloe gel. The redness goes down in an hour or so, and otherwise there isn’t any skin irritation that lasts. They are very accommodating and will always be able to do your eyebrows on a walk-​in basis.
I spend about $ 15 including tip for the eyebrow threading. I feel really confident that my eyebrows will turn out well when I come here, and I trusted Deepa with my eyebrows for both my engagement photo shoot and my wedding. I definitely would recommend this place!

The owner (Neha) contacted me and suggested that I come back in. I have been back three times and my results are pretty consistent with Neha, so I had to come back and update my review. I have been very pleased with my brows each time, so I’m happy to report that I am now a happy customer, and I will return ;-) YAY!
