They gave me a quote to renew my exhaust pipe and while I was there I noticed their promotion to have my cabin air filter replaced for only $ 29.95
Sounded really reasonable and it was because it was quite a job to replace it on my 2001 Honda CRV. I don’t think it was ever replaced. The old filter was so dirty and full of leaves and debris. Now my passengers and I can breath healthy again. What’s more, my Air Conditioner seems to be more efficient and cooler now. Thanks for a great job done while I waited. I am sure I will be back next time I need some repairs to my car.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and honest prices. Someone mentioned that these aren’t the best prices in town but certainly not the worst and I have to agree. However, it’s their integrity that I care about. Not to mention, service for plugging a leak in the tire and oil change was fast.

These guys are honest and have fair prices. Let’s face it… Cars are not cheap to maintain, but when you find a shop that gives you good advice and does the repairs right, you spend less in the long run. I take my personal cars and my work car to Reliable.

I grew up in MD and have gone to this guy for years. I’ve since moved to NYC but still stop by when I’m in town and need any work done. Used to be a Midas but the owner James is still the same… dude is pretty rock-solid. Prices are reasonable. I can’t say he’ll give you the best price in the world but he won’t rip you off or do work you don’t need… which to me, is huge. I never got the feeling the guy was trying to make more money off of me. I don’t need the cheapest mechanic. I just want one that I can trust and does good work.

One day post service — so far so good — it’s like my 2000 car was swapped out for a newer model. I have to say, I will be coming back to this business in the future. They helped me out of a last minute jam, they are extremely professional and communicative, they follow through on what they say they will do, and they give you a heads up about stuff in advance. A rare and welcome surprise.

We have been coming here for years (18-before they were even called Reliable) with several cars (6 different ones) and they have always treated us right. The don’t tell you need something done unless you do. Lynn is the manager and has always been helpful. In her absence James has run the shop (as well as working in cars) and he is just as helpful and thorough. Over the years I think we have had 95% of our car work done there and will continue to go there.
