I’ve been coming here for over a year. The sushi and green salad are both always fresh and delicious! Great service too!

Mediocre and cheap quality sushi… wouldn’t go back even though it’s the closest place to where I work. The entire restaurant smelled of oil when I walked in. Not slightly, but as if the fryer was out in the dining room. They wouldn’t substitute my roll with cooked fish even after I told them I’m pregnant… great customer service!!!

Back when I was driving as a messenger I stopped here for lunch. I’m not going to sugar coat it, I was treated like shit by the staff. The waitress litterally came up to me and asked me if I knew how to use chop sticks. This was after I was ignored for five minutes at the door, while she seated a party of four of five who were behind me. I ended up taking a seat at the bar. The woman was both short and snotty towards me. When it came to questions about the lunch menu and if it was ok for me to sit at the bar. I was so mortified by the treatment I recieved that I nearly got up and left. I am big on sushi. Its my favorite food and I’ve been eating it since I was 14. It is highly insulting that someone would assume because I was wearing a messenger uniform and a name tag that I was lesser. I will never ever ever eat at this place again. I hope that they get shut down and if I knew enough people who are sushi fans I would boycott this place in a minute. This incident happened two years ago and I’m still pissed off about it. P S I complained to the chef about the waitress and he just laughed at me. Screw this place!

Been going there for years now and finally got a chance to leave a review. This place easily makes the best sushi in the Baltimore area. Materials for the rolls are fresh and the owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The best roll imo is between the Tango and extreme roll, but the smaller rolls like the spicy tuna and Philly roll are also very good.

I got the California rolls and shrimp tempura. The rolls were VERY small and Flavorless. Especially the California rolls. They also use imitation crab meat which tastes horrible and isn’t fresh. Very disappointing. I would NEVER eat there again. Save your money and go to a sushi bar that provides top quality food.

I tried this spot on a neighbors recommendation. I am so glad I did. We had some light and crispy gyoza for an appetizer. For our rolls, we chose the T&T and Spider Roll which was recommended by the hostess. All was fresh and delicious. My green tea with honey, lime, and ginger was particularly refreshing. We will definitely return!

It was really quiet when I walked in on a Saturday evening. There were few patrons but the place was clean. I ordered water, garden salad with ginger dressing, and cucumber sushi. I got items that is hard to mess up, so the restaurant gets a four stars for cleanliness and great service.

Best sushi I have ever eaten. I eat here as often as I can. My absolute favs are the volcano and golden dragon rolls. And the owner is always so kind, attentive, and knows exactly what I like. Can’t beat this place

Shrimp tempura with cream cheese rolls from here are amazing. Plus they’re super friendly and reasonably priced! My family loves coming here.

My favorite spot whenever I’m in the area. The prices is very reasonable and the quaintly is. I don’t really eat raw so I would recommend the tango roll which is completely cooked! And also they’re Japanese fried rice is really good. Once I tried it man was I hooked onto it. The only downside is that they don’t sell liquor but you can bring your own with no extra charge.

It’s a shame this place never seems busy(at least when I’m there), because the sushi is really good, reasonably priced, and the place is clean, if a little dated. Maybe it’s because it’s a little hard to see from the road. Also I’m not sure about having a TV in a sit-down restaurant. But with the good food it’s enough for me to return.

Excellent service, delicious sushi. I got the Mountain Roll, which has real crab and each bite was delightful. I loved the presentation– the sushi was stacked to represent a mountain. Clearly they care about what they are serving to their customers. The bill was very reasonable– around $ 27 for two sushi rolls and a choice of soup or salad, along with two green teas. The service was prompt and very welcoming. This place is a hidden gem in a shopping center in the Baltimore ‘burbs. Lucky we found it!

I absolutely love this place! The owner is always so friendly and even recognizes us when we walk through the door(which is maybe 4 – 5 times a year). Not only that, but she even knows what we order! I love the baby octopus, I’ve never had better octopus anywhere else. For the sushi, it’s just as delicious no matter what we get. Service is usually fast and the place is quiet. Great place to be!

The sushi here is excellent. The service is always fast and super friendly. The special rolls and regular maki are equally as good, just depends what you’re in the mood to eat! We’ve been here plenty of times, and will definitely keep coming back!

The food here is great! The staff is very friendly and the service was prompt. I will definitely go again. It’s one of the very best Asian restaurants in Pikesville.

Fast service on a slow Sunday. I tried the T & T tempura roll and I think it was ok. The shrimp was very good and crunchy fried batter was tangy and sweet. I’m typically nervous about ordering raw food form new sushi spots. It was tasty and satisfying. I can say I’ve had better, but this was still good.

Service is so so. Seems clean, but the soy sauce is watered down and the fish is fishy. They offer spring rolls made Japanese style, but they are Chinese spring rolls. Overall, yucky.

Tried out this sushi restaurant near Giant Food. Its run by Chinese people but that’s not too out of the ordinary for Japanese Sushi Restaurants these days. Anyways I ordered a Love Boat to Go. First off the fish was fresh and definitely very tasty. Miso soup was ordinary. One issue was the rice, it was hard and not seasoned enough with sushi rice vinegar. Otherwise the restaurant itself seemed very clean and service was good. Nothing like sushi in Japan but OK for Northern Baltimore.
