I purchased a car from SF PP 3.5 years ago and had a bad experience with the management and couldn’t recommended SF PP to neighbors or anyone I knew in the market for a new vehicle.
I got something in the mail from SF PP that prompted me to pay them another visit. I was warmly greeted by the new GM Robert Harmon, and explained my history with SF PP. Robert thanked me for considering SF again and put me in CJ’s hands to see what options were out there.
I’m not an easy customer to please, and I pushed back a little throughout the negotiation process, but CJ and Robert were fair and honest, and made me an offer on a new fusion that I couldn’t pass up.
This new team of sales, finance and mgmt at SF PP are awesome. I was able to converse with other sales people and they were really nice and I got the feeling that everyone there is a part of a family. They earned my trust back, and I drove away knowing I got the best deal. Go see them!

Took my F-​150 there to get serviced. I bought the maintenance package for free oil changes when I was back in Houston and didn’t know it expired at 74K miles. Stanley Ford honored it anyways, even though I’m over 74K. They definitely earned my business and I will be back there to pay for my oil changes from now on.

I have an unusual job that requires travel and many hours worked per day. My conundrum was finding a dealership that had the product I wanted and could work around my busy schedule.

We had agreed on pricing, trade value, etc., ahead of time and it was simply a matter of a walk-​around and quick test drive, and the deal was done. Wes was extremely helpful, personable, as well as professional, and the entire transaction went within minutes. Wes was able to beat the best price of the lowest competitor by nearly $ 5000.00! Andrew on the finance side was also top notch.
I highly recommend this business, and it was well worth the ninety minute drive for me.

I purchased a 2014 Ford F250-​Superduty 4×4, crew cab. I got the colors I wanted, the exact option package, and for thousands less than other dealers quoted. I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle had a full tank of diesel, and they even included a bed liner. Now that’s great service.
