To begin with I was looking for something to help me sleep better because I could not sleep for 3 months in row due to emotional and mental stress. Soon as I started Body and Brain, I found myself sleeping like baby within 1 month and within 3 months I start to feel energized. Ever since then I made this life time practice. I enjoy each class. Another plus is that the manager at this Location Alex Rivas is very caring. He motivates me lot.

One of My purpose when I started this year was to take care of my health and to be able to quite my mind. It looks like a simple task but I have being trying for a little while. With just three weeks of exercise, my lower back pain is almost gone, my mind is more quite and I feel more alive. Instructors really care and they really hep every one by motivating and teaching us. Any one looking for improve you health, Your emotional state of mind, to ground, a boost in energy should try this place. Plus the hours are very convenient. Give yourself the gift of health, balance and love
