This branch (staff & supervisors) are not consumer friendly. They claim the discounts that drivers qualify for are automatically generated by the corp, but that has not has not been my experience. I read about discounts (low mileage, not need for towing, good driver, etc) elsewhere and had to ask for them. Neither Nick nor his staff offer suggestions to reduce rates. State Farm only offers 6 month policies b/​c they raise the rates every 6 months. With a spotless record, no claims in decades, with a credit rating in the mid 800’s, my rate was raised 10.5% for 6 months — well above the local cost of living increase!!!
