Quality Mold Testing was founded in 2015. We have performed hundreds of mold tests for homeowners, businesses. We are licensed, insured and certified in Mold Testing and Assessment, Remediation & Removal Protocols and Job Site Supervisions. In many cases we can do testing at no cost to our clients as we work with most insurance companies. We also do home inspections and wind mitigation inspections.

Business Owner

My name is Daniel Escarda and I started this business after seeing such a lack of understanding and pseudoscience behind mold testing during my tenure at an insurance company as their lead property inspector. Many times I came across other mold tests which lacked transparency, clarity and accuracy which left property owners in troubling situations. I decided to bring my experience to this field and raise the standard in the industry here in South Florida. I am passionate about my craft and I hope to work with homeowners and businesses regarding their mold concerns.
