RedZone Fitness Classes are energizing, heart rate monitored group training For Women Only, supervised by a fitness expert for proper form and motivation.

Our group training is a body changing workout in a non-​intimidating environment that combines the power of full body workouts and cardio training that torches calories with the energy, camaraderie and fun of playing in a group.

We combine cardio intervals by using Treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers and Indoor Rowers along with strength training exercises that challenge your whole body.

All workouts are designed right at the facility and provide accessible exercise for all fitness levels. It’s your workout, just listen to your body and workout at your own pace with our results oriented workout system.

The end results… Whatever you want to do in life, group training will help you do it quicker, better and longer.

History

Established in 2003.

Serving Coral Gables for over 13 years, we are now in our 2^nd location in Pinecrest. We are excited to help women achieve the results they desire with our heart rate monitored group training classes for up to 21 women. We just opened on January 30 and our Grand Opening is on Feb. 20. Owners and Professional Trainers, Glenn Greer and Luis Behar were tired of operating their workout concepts and exercise protocols in Typical Big Trendy Gyms. They wanted to open up a small, personable fitness studio that would house their training techniques, the equipment they wanted as trainers and create an atmosphere where no client would feel uncomfortable.

In 2003 they opened up their first fitness facility right on 114 Aragon Ave. Within one year, they needed to expand and set their sights on a larger facility that would house their concept along with innovative group class programming. Over the years, they went from a 1000sq. ft facility to a 3000sq. ft facility by taking over their neighbors studio spaces. They integrate technology based software from Polar and innovative training to produce amazing results for their clients in Pinecrest and Coral Gables
