Recently involved in an accident and was referred to this location by Geico. The in and out was fast and the adjuster and staff were very friendly. I am not sure if the shop was slammed or not at this time, but the turn around on my vehicle was a bit longer than I had expected. The extended length of the service had my family in a rental for a longer period of time than what I would have liked which ended up costing us.

Thanks to tropical storm Colin I had two large tree limbs fall on my hood and windshield doing damage to both.
My insurance agency had it towed to this shop and I am glad they did.
They fixed both the hood and windshield and left my car looking like it was brand new. They cleaned the entire interior and exterior which I was not expecting but greatly appreciated.
The staff kept me up to date without ever having to ask which is extremely important to me. They were also friendly and caring.
The interior of this place is nicer than any dealership you have been in. I hope o do not have to visit them again but if I do I k own I will be in good hands.

just had my car repaired here, they are very friendly and helpful. The repairs work was great !! They even did a free detail on my whole car. I’m very happy with the service and work they provided. I would tell anybody that need car body repair or painting to go see these people !!!

I went to Dattilo’s to get an estimate on a repair. I had no idea how much it would cost. The underbody guard was falling off and about to start dragging on the ground. The bumper was also loose. I had no idea how it happened.
The shop was immaculate, clean and everyone was professional. After only a couple of minutes Omar came out to look at the car and give me an estimate. He took my keys and said he was going to pull it around to take a look. I went inside and relaxed in the very comfortable waiting room. After about 10 minutes Omar came back in with his sleeves rolled up and grease on his hands. I asked him how much it would be and he said it was already fixed and it would cost me nothing. I was shocked and very grateful.
I would absolutely recommend this shop and Omar to anyone that needs collision repair.

I downloaded this app just to give these people a terrible review. STAY AWAY. If your insurance sends you here, request another place THEY ARE THE WORST. Got my rear door slammed in by another driver and they fixed everything except for the handle was still broken. Went in again. Still broken. Went in for a THIRD TIME. Thought it was done and over because they supposedly replaced it. NOPE. I still can’t open my door from the inside! They have had three chances to fix something so trivial. In fact, my whole accident experience was so horrific, I even switched insurance companies. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE STAY AWAY. I wish I could give –100 stars!

My husband dropped his vehicle off for repair on August 10. He was told it would take a week. Not once did they ever call him update him on the repairs progress. He had to chase them down for any info. He was told it would be ready on Thursday, then Friday, then on Saturday, 12 days later. He got there that day at 1pm, and they were CLOSED, but no one at the facility told him to pick it up by noon! The Unilocal site is inaccurate, by the way. They don’t close at 2pm on Saturdays. Now he has to wait until Monday to pick up. We should’ve gone to Carsmetics. Disappointed and angry with the lack of communication. No excuse!!! Oh, and months later, they never bothered to replace the decals on his Jeep like they promised.

The body work on my rear bumper amazing, can’t even tell I was rear ended. I used the geico express service. Rental was waiting for me from enterprise, and my car was ready in one day fully detailed. If I get an accident again and that person has Geico I will be using this place again.

This is the second time (and second car) I have brought in to be repaired.
The first time was just a new bumper. The work was excellent and very fast!
The second time was much more damage, and took a little longer. My car is as good as new! It looks and drives GREAT! Everyone is professional and friendly to deal with, which really helped my very bad day.
