Edible Arrangements

So disappointed. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry bouquet and typically the strawberries are delicious and plump and covered in yummy chocolate. Not so much this time they were tiny strawberries quarter sized and a bit larger and only the tips were covered in chocolate. For $ 53 I think they could do much better than that. I had posted a review online and the store responded that they would have a manager call me in the morning. That was I think Wednesday evening. It’s now Sunday. No call from the manager. No follow up. I am not «Certified Wow’d» I’m just overall disappointed.

I have used this store two times now to deliver Arrangements to my elderly parents.
The Arrangements have been beautiful, Unfortunately the deliver has not gone so well .
The driver has a bad customer audited, on both cases my dad has complained he is arrogant, and very rude them, like it is some big inconvenient that they where slow or did not here the door bell.
I will try a different store next time.

If you really feel the need to send an Edible Arrangement, do yourself a favor and find a different location. For any company-​customer service needs to be a priority if you want to succeed. This location clearly does not care for that option.
I was out of town and later found out that I was supposed to receive an arrangement from the sender for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately delivery was attempted several hours after I left and a hang tag was placed on my door. I had friends coming by to check on my pets who noticed the tag and messaged me. The next day the sender asked again if I had received it. I was still out of town so obviously hadn’t but this Edible Arrangements location claimed that someone had received and signed for the arrangement that morning. I contacted my friends and they had no idea what I was talking about. I contacted Edible Arrangements myself when I finally got back home (2 days after original delivery attempt) and got no where.
The hang tag clearly says a delivery was missed and to call to reschedule. I never called to reschedule. I never would call to have a delivery the next day if I was still out of town. When I asked about it-​the person I spoke to said the delivery was signed for at 7:45am the next day but I knew for a fact that no one was at the house (aside from the animals who don’t care to answer the door) to sign for it. When I mentioned that my friends only came by in the evening, she changed her tune and suddenly said,“Oh, the delivery was supposed to be in the morning but ended up being delayed until the evening.” I was like wait what??? You just said it was received in the morning 2 seconds ago! So she then claimed that because they had a signature for receiving the arrangement, there was nothing she could do since that was company policy. I asked her what the signature looked like and it obviously wasn’t mine nor any of my friends. I told her I could show her my signature and my friends to prove none of us received it but that wasn’t an option apparently. I then asked why the hang tag says to call to reschedule if they are just going to come whenever they want? No answer for that. I was at that point pretty over it and just wanted to make sure the sender got their money back because obviously someone got the arrangement but definitely not someone who it was intended for. She just said-​Normally we don’t make new arrangements if it is signed for but I’ll talk to my district manager and call you back.
I still have not gotten a call back. The sender tried as well but never had their calls returned either. I don’t know what is wrong with this location. I don’t know who got it but either the delivery guy snaked it and forged a signature or they just never sent it period. Either way-​this location has for sure lost customers and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid it like the plague. We don’t need your stinkin pineapple flowers!

Ordered from largo mall location for a Mother’s Day gift for my mother in law. Didn’t arrive when they promised. The following day they delivered what appeared to be old fruit. Call and email did no good. Sorry to say I will not order from this location ever again. Too bad because we had ordered previously and been pleased.

I ordered an arrangement for my friend for her birthday, well in time, website had a ticking timer saying order within the next 4 hours and have it delivered today. Ordered a 100 dollar arrangement to be delivered. I got a confirmation email and everything stating delivery was set for my chosen day. At 7.30 pm when I had not heard from my friend I tracked my order, only to find that the delivery day had changed to the next day. No call, no email no nothing to let me know. If I did not track the order I would have never known. I emailed the store telling them I did not want it delivered a day late. Today I woke up to an email saying my money was refunded. Again, no sorry, no call, no customer service whatsover. When I cancelled the order it said it would be sent straight to the manager or owner of the store. Well my guess is the manager/​owner of this site does not give a shit, I guess a 100 dollar order is not enough to make sure you keep a customer. very disappointed, I will not ever use this store again.

Awesome arrangements, excellent fruit and fast service! A perfect gift for anyone! I love them!

I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend to be sent to her work she changed her scheduled and now leaves a little earlier so I called to see if the arrangement could be delivered earlier. The lady who picked up the phone has absolutely no customer service skills. She immediately said «I can’t guarantee anything there are 100 other order i have to deliver». I asked what if she’s already gone from work she said that they will deliver it the next day, well the next day isn’t the same. I asked if she could at least make an effort she said she will and the call ended without her even asking my name or order number. Hopefully the arrangement get’s to my girlfriend in time and she will be happy. If not never again will I order from the Pinellas Park location! UPDATE: The arrangement made it on time and my girlfriend loved it. So if they can work on the customer service it would be perfect!

Finding a gift for my dad is always a difficult task. He’s the practical type that doesn’t think he needs extra clothes, gadgets, etc. And since he’s spending a lot of his retired time traveling, sentimental items (frames, books, etc.) are out of the questions.
Recently I caught one of the «cheesy» (sorry!) commercials for Edible Arrangements and thought – HECK, I’ll give that a try for Father’s Day! After perusing their site, I found a nice arrangement for a fair price. Though, I will note that many of their arrangements are on the pricey side – especially when you take into account the extra $ 12 delivery fee. Luckily I found a $ 5 off coupon online – yay!
I set the delivery for Saturday (day before Father’s Day) and this location was assigned to make the arrangement. Although they do deliver on Sunday, I’m always skeptical for Sunday/​Holiday deliveries. Better early than late in my book :) I was happy to receive a call from my dad on Saturday morning to hear that he received my arrangement… WHEW! That’s a relief.
However, he sent me a picture of the arrangement early this morning with a thank you. To my disappointment, the arrangement looked pretty different from what the website had shown. The «skewers» were loosely placed with large spacing gaps between the fruits — definitely nothing like the tight-​fit of the beautiful sample shown online. Also, some of the fruit they had used (strawberries, grapes) were too large in size which made the arrangement a bit awkward and off balanced. I am sure, had he not lived in a different state, I could have made something a lot nicer for a fraction of the cost.
I’d still give it 3 stars for ease of website, delivery, and convenience. My dad did say that the fruit were delicious but — I’m not sure if he said so just to make me feel better.
Overall, a mediocre experience.

I had no idea what to get my Dad for Fathers day so I called my brother to see if he had anything in mind, no dice. Since my sister and her family were going to be vacationing with Dad over the weekend I thought about sending a fruit arrangement.
I got the address for the resort and called and spoke to Michelle who was just great through this whole process. And it did end up being a process!
She put the zip code into her system and it came back that they do not deliver to that area. She asked me what city it was close to and said she will call that store and see if they would be willing to deliver for me and they were! The zip code ended up not matching with the USPS (and it didn’t, I was online checking as well) which prevented her from being able to process the order! Yikes! back to square one lol!
I ended up having it delivered to his house on Friday as they were leaving on Saturday morning. Michelle suggested I buy a cooler for $ 6.00 to make transport easier so I did. The arrangement I wanted at first she talked me out of, she said it would be way too big for 5 people. She came up with something comprable and upsold me on adding in some chocolate dipped bananas.
I will use this store again. I really appreciate how they (well, Michelle really) went out of their way to assist me and told me the truth about the size of the arrangement instead of just letting it go. Sad but not many places will do that today.
