The staff is amazing and Dr Gordon does a great job. I have been going here the last four years and have always walked away happy!!!

Dr. Gordon and his ENTIRE staff are very caring, gentle, and professional. Our family has been with this practice for 20 years, and we have referred many families. :-) I have always been impressed with the amount of time they spend with each patient.

If you need a root canal and dr Gordon refers you to Irene yeh don’t use her. She’s unprofessional and has charges against her with the California dental board. She should not be practicing dentist on anyone.

You just could not ask for a better dentist. Kind, gentle, patient, and concerned for his clients. There just aren’t enough good words to describe his practice-​not only Dr. Gordon, but the entire office of staff as well.

Amazing is the only word I have and I never thought I would use that word for a dentist. Dr. Douglas is great and makes you feel so comfortable and the same goes for his staff. They got me in as a new patient in no time and had my tooth filled in less than an hour. No way will I go anywhere else as long as I have Dr. Douglas as an option!

Wish I could give Dr. Gordon more stars. His whole office is just fabulous. The whole family has been with him for well over 20 years, and in spite of the fact that we have all moved out of Pinole, some hundreds of miles away, we still go back to his office for appointments. He’s well worth the plane ticket! Professional, courteous, caring and super fun. I just gave him 5 stars and the message said, «Whoohoo! As good as it gets!» I think that sums up the office, perfectly.

Dr. Gordon’s office will make you LOVE going to the dentist. Seriously!
Everyone is so kind, professional, friendly, considerate, accommodating to your busy schedule, and caring. Jamie calls to confirm appointments with plenty of time to make sure you get time off from work and Dr. Gordon checks in on you after a cleaning. Also, they are punctual. If you appointment is at 3 pm, you will be seen at 3 pm.
Preventative care is key here, and they are very responsive, thoroughly answer questions and are very knowledgeable. I live in SF now and Dr. Gordon’s office is absolutely worth the drive for my dental care. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Best Dentist EVER!!! My boys and I have been going to this office for years. My son’s love the dentist and look forward to the friendly staff. When we got a puppy they wanted us to just drop by to say hi. Diane and Jamie are fantastic. Jamie even calls to remind the guys about their appointments and has been known to track down a teenager or two from time to time.
Dr. Gordon is so nice, positive, knowledgeable and gentle. The whole family loves going to the dentist.

It never occurred to me before to see if my dentist was on Unilocal!I’m so glad he is so I can sing his praises. Seriously, if you look forward to going to the office for your cleanings, then that’s saying something. He and his wonderful staff are friendly and personable. I think I’ve been seeing Dr. Gordon since at least ’93, and I will see him as long as he’s in business! I am constantly asking people, «Do you need a dentist? I’ve got a dentist for you!» Really and truly, he is the BEST!

Dr. Gordon is great dentist. He and his staff are very professional and capable. No-​one ever likes going to the dentist but he is reliable, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. He is a little bit expensive but totally worth it.
Like many of his patients, my family has stayed with him for the 25 years he has been practicing. Between us all, we have had a lot of work done and always been satisfied. It is just a bonus that he knows us well too.
He focuses on preventative care which is really nice. When I was a kid, he would joke that I had «the curse of the tooth-​fairy» as I had teeth come in with holes in the enamel. As a consequence, I have had more sealants and fillings than I care to admit.
I never realized how spoiled I was to have a good dentist until I moved away and had very bad experiences with random dentists in college. Since moving back, although I am no longer next door, I religiously make the trip to get my teeth cleaned here every six months to stay off any major dental work (the hygenists are great as well).
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
