I don’t even know where to start! Professional salon, great service, fantastic application. My lashes are natural looking but with a lot of va va va voom! Most people ask me what mascara I’m wearing or how I grow my lashes so long. I’m not one to wear makeup and Chakay was able to give me a look that compliments my natural and conservative look with the appropriate level of glam.
The salon is so pleasant and she is so gentle I fall asleep every time.

What can I say about Chakay? Truly an AMAZING lash /​eyebrow artist I must highly say!!! Down to earth and humble typa woman and very precise on how she puts lashes on and very meticulous on how they look. I highly recommend her she is very detailed and at the same time teaches you how to care for your lashes before and after. I am truly satisfied after she does my lashes each time I go. I have followed Chakay to a few salons, and needless to say I am one of her biggest fans.
I first met Chakay a year ago when she was working in Berkeley. Chakay is kind, friendly and highly professional. Did I mention she is very knowledgeable about her craft? Chakay has been always consistent with her work and I know I can trust and relax when I’m in her hands. She always impresses me every visit, when she shares with me whats the latest and greatest for your eyelashes! If you have been considering getting eyelash extensions, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! I am a makeup artist, and hairstylist and have loved wearing extensions. I only wish she worked closer to my salon! I have worn strip lashes before, and with extensions, I don’t have to worry about them falling out at the end of the day. Chakay was referred by my good friend Bertha. I knew I was getting the best Lash Artist out there because my friend is as scrutinizing as I am. I’ve never been lashed before and it has now become my monthly treat and investment. My lashes were in need of therapy for several years due to eyelash curlers and mascara that would break my lashes. Chakay sets the standard for lash extensions! It’s hard to know how bad my previous experiences with lash extensions had been until my experience with Chakay. I stopped getting extensions because they were never done to my liking and for the money I was paying, it wasn’t worth it… until now.
I told Chakay that I didn’t want ridiculously long lashes, I wanted them to look natural and explained my previous experience with glue clumps and lashes falling out. She carefully explained her process, talked about the products she used and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The finish product, AMAZING! Lovely, full, natural looking lashes. She sets the bar for lash extensions very high because she is a perfectionist.

CHAKAY IS AWESOME… She is truly a Certified Lash Artist. Many proclaim to be, but truly and clearly miss the mark. I had previously seen 2 previous self-​proclaimed artist. Both really tried, but had no idea what they were doing. Lash extensions are not cheap; therefore, I would like to get what I pay for. I would have irritations on my eyelids from too much glue and the lashes were too heavy and would break my real lashes. Just horrible experiences. CHAKAY had a last minute cancellation prior to my call. She scheduled me right in and thoroughly removed all of the glue and «gook» from my eyes, then carefully and strategically placed an extension on each lash. They Look So Good. My eyes are no longer irritated. My eyes were not stuck together or burning from glue applications, as I have previously experienced.
