A house in our neighborhood has been listed with these people for a few months. It is a short sale. When someone placed an offer, they never mowed the yard again. It has been a couple of months now, and the weeds are over 3 feet high.
I called to ask them to ask them to mow the yard, but they would not. I called the next week, they took down their sign, but did not mow. No one in our neighborhood will list with them, since they have single handedly decreased the already precarious prices of any other home on the market on our block.
