I was T-​boned a couple months ago and was recommended to this place. I’ve always heard good things about it but never had the opportunity or the reason to go here. First off they have candy at the front! Twizzlers are my go to. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. I figured if I was going to have a big job done it’ll be here. I had the pleasure of having Paul Zebro (Owner) do my estimate he was very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough with his inspection. The cool thing about this auto body shop is that they give you picture updates on what process your car is in and explain what that process consists of with a brief explanation to each steps. This is a must for all shops to follow because a customer is always concerned or curious what are they really doing to my car? These visual pictures helps keep the customer at ease and give transparency to the customer and the shop. I think that is the best thing a shop could ever do! If you need to go to an auto body shop this place is the way to go. They do great work and make your car look like it just drove off the lot. If I’m ever wrong comment me back and I will take this review off.

The entire staff was so courteous and knowledgable. They made it very painless for me. I was tboned from the driver side and the car looks brand new like I just picked it up off the lot. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repair via pictures and email. Great professionalism and work. I can see why they have such a great reputation around town.

I got into a fender bender in the area and NJM recommended Piscataway Auto Body as a preferred vendor. I really had no idea what to expect but I trusted them since they were recommended through NJM.
Danielle was AWESOME getting me set up. She contacted the towing company and had my car transferred to Piscataway Auto Body. She worked with NJM to get my estimate set up and approved by insurance company. She emailed me an agreement which I signed and emailed back and work began on my car.
I have to admit it, it did take a long time to get going on my car. But I can see the progress as they assign your car a number and update it daily with pics. I also spoke with Paul, the owner, when I came in to remove my EZ Pass and booster seat. He assured me that everything would be on schedule.
I was very happy today when I went in to pick up my car in the morning. Not only was my car fixed but it was detailed and, embarrassingly enough, much cleaner than before. Paul even showed me the new racing stripe they put on my car because the old one was faded and wouldn’t match. I could care less about racing stripes but the attention to detail is greatly appreciated!
I’m normally about food but today I have to give two thumbs up and a BIG Shenster APPROVED to Paul and his staff at Piscataway Auto Body!!!

Terrible place. Had to take my car back twice for things they messed up. Inconvenient and expensive. Will not be back.

Great work and even better staff. It’s great that a great auto body shop is so close to home. I went here for repairs since I got in 2 separate accidents and they did a great job working on both areas.
Also they email you updates on what they are doing with the car as well as pictures so you can see the progress.

Amazing work! Our car looks brand new. You hope you never need to use them but when you do it’s great to know they are there. They partnered with our insurance company and made the whole process painless. We just love them!
