Derek is the bomb!
He is always prompt and very thorough. He is friendly and professional. We adopted a pup that was NOT potty trained when we got him… he left lots of marks on our carpet in addition to the every day dirt it had accumulated over the past few years.
I was skeptical that just a cleaning would do the job but our carpets look like new!

I hired Derek to clean a couch and love seat for me. He was so thorough and really took the time and energy to get all the dog hair out of my couches. After being left with stains by our last cleaner, we were desperate for a quick cleaning. Derek was awesome! He worked us right in and performed miracles on our 10 year old carpet. I moved into an apartment on Shell Beach, and the tenant before me smoked, inside. So the place was pretty stinky. Derek took care of that problem, he was thorough, quick and affordable. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I arrived at my vacation rental in Pismo Beach and the carperts were really dirty! I called At Ease Carpet Cleaning and explained that I was having company the next day and needed their help. They were able to come out that afternoon and clean my carpets. Derrick did an amazing job at getting out the «mystery stains» from the living room and bedroom. I highly recommend this company if you need your carpets or upholstery cleaned.

At ease made my boyfriends 2003 truck upholstery look like new! We also had a rug that had been soiled by our two dogs that we thought would never be usable again and it’s now stain and smell free in our soon to be baby girl’s room. We contacted the owner requesting services on a Saturday morning and he had it all taken care of by that afternoon. I would highly recommend At Ease to anyone who wants great service for a great price. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Our company has a hard time keeping the carpets clean with the high amount of foot traffic. We’ve been through one after another carpet cleaning company but Derek is the man. The carpets just stay cleaner longer which means less$$$$$ for me to spend !

At Ease did a wonderful job on our carpets and on the upholstery in our vehicles! Stains that had been cleaned by several companies prior (but never fully removed) came out magically and have not come back. Also beat other bids from competitors prices!
