i love it that it’s so close to the beach and the bathrooms are clean. they have a general store and everything we need.

We loved this campground. Great location, right on a very nice stretch of beach. The atmosphere was laid back and friendly, and the showers were super clean. We would definitely camp here again!

We stayed here in mid –May and were quite happy with the accommodations. We were lucky enough to get an end site near the ocean. It’s very quiet here, and close enough to everything to walk or ride a bicycle. Everything is very well kept up. Would definitely stay here again.

Our space was so small we couldn’t even walk around it with two chairs, dog beds, and the fire pit, barely enough room to park your truck and trailer, from my chair I can see 10 trailers which is ridiculous. Life long campers and so disappointed. I know some sites in the park are bigger but not ours, literally 10 feet from the next trailer. Location is good but campsite truly sucks. IF we come back we will lie and say our trailer is 40 feet to get a better site. AND everyone went inside their RV’S at 7 pm, the people had energy when the sun was out but my God are you all 80?

By far the best place I’ve stayed at! Clean, big spaces, clan bathrooms ! Staff is really nice ! We arrived at 11 check in wasn’t till 4 and front desk lady let us in early knowing we had just traveled 5 hours to get there! I offered to pay for an extra day and she declined! Thank you for amazing hospitality !

PCV is always a wonderful family getaway. The only downside is how close the trailers are to one another. The beautiful location, amazing weather and friendly people more than make up for it. We had a minor malfunction with our trailer’s electrical this trip and the service guy was fantastic. Had us back up and running in minutes.

We had a wonderful weekend at PCV! It was the perfect getaway with the family.
The facilities were clean and secured with a passcode, and it was just a short walk to the beach and other convenient locations. The staff was very helpful when are RV needed an electrician and the people staying there were super friendly.
There were dogs everywhere which may be a negative to some, but for us it made PCV that much better. We spent some time at the arcade and really had a blast and comfortably walked the grounds in the evening. There is a 711 right outside the grounds and has just about everything you need. Looking forward to going back

Best place to vacation with or without kids. They have miniature golf, gaming room, heated pools, playgrounds throughout, general store, club house, a restaurant, very clean restrooms throughout with hot showers. A walking distance to the beach and they even have rentals. We’ve been coming every year around this time and it’s awesome! They even have mobile wine tasting that come to you and your group.

Impressive! Located adjacent to the gorgeous Pacific Ocean with easy access to the Beach. This RV Park just hosted our 15^th consecutive year for the
West Coast Rally. It was another record setting attendance at this years rally as we welcomed 200 Rigs. Special thanks to Teresa and Darrell our group reservation coordinators as well as all your staff for doing a superb job in handling 200 RV rigs and hosting 360 Rainbow RV members. Special thanks to Tommy the maintenance man for giving us an extra hand on breakdown and a special shout out to «Larry» the security guy. In addition we’d also like to thank the share holders for welcoming our group each and every year we hold our Annual Rally there at your prestigious RV Park; until next year when we try to break this years attendance record we wish everyone Happy and Safe travels. Footnote: BIG RIGS If coming up from the south on the 101 I recommend exiting «GRAND AVE» and head south to highway 1, then make a right and travel about 2 miles to the RV Park. If traveling from the North Exit Price Street off the 101, make a left and head towards Pismo Beach State Beach.

Loved, loved, loved this place. We stayed for 14 days in September and loved every moment. They fit us in literally at the last minute. Our spot was small but so was our RV. They placed us next to the bathroom and playground. We used most of the facilities more than once — bathroom clean with hot showers, campground store had everything we needed although it was pricey, we used the swimming pool multiple times, the restaurant was unexpectedly good and fairly priced. Beach access required some walking up and down sand dunes and around a lagoon but it was doable and worth it. We also walked easily into Pismo Beach and Grover Beach. The bus stops right out front and we used it several times to Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande. It is VERY dog friendly. If that is a problem you or if you have an anti-​social dog you may want to consider another Park. Dogs (on leashes) everywhere. The variety of RVs was so interesting from vintage tear drops to repros of vintage tear drops to all variety of class A, B, B+ and C, 5^th wheels and other trailers. Some even pulled classic cars. What fun. We will return next year.

Clean and nice store etc. Easy walk to town and the pier. However… Ocean view spots is a stretch. There is no view of the ocean. You have to walk through a gate and along a long path to get to the water. So a little disappointing if you are looking for a short walk schlepping a chair and umbrella. Other than that, it was a good halfway point to meet with family. Next time will try Morro Bay.

One of my favorite RV camping place. It’s next to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier. It’s also next to the sand dunes. It has a pool, arcade, laundry room, general store, one full basketball court, 4 bathroom areas (that gets clean several times throughout the day). There’s 24 hour security. Everyone is VERY friendly. Full hookups. There’s activities for the kids at the center and sometimes they bring singers or an ice shave truck. Pet friendly but they don’t allow pit bulls or Rottweiler. Be patient when trying to call… They get pretty busy here. There’s also a surf rental shop that’s on location but independent. Dave is really cool at teaching. The cost included the surf board, wetsuit, and surf lesson for 2 hours but he kept them out on the water for 3 :) my daughter was very happy that she took the lesson. I was thrilled on how Dave taught the kids. Cool guy

Pretty good place for the family. They were working everyday cleaning everywhere. A lot if trucks moving RV’s in/​out but we got here the day after 4^th of July. Close to everything. Weather was nice and sunny!

What a great resort! My family did a tour there yesterday. So many Cool activities for Children and famalies! The staff is so helpful, especially Topanga in the Rec. Dept.
It is so wonderful to see campers & employees so happy! Scott Cooper guided us to the café and recreational facilities. What a kind person! The beach is right there!

We have been coming here for 6 years now every summer! Love the family atmosphere. Love all the activities they have for kids! They are clean and the bathrooms are nice for camping. Our kids look forward to this every summer! Way close to the beach and town.
They are very accommodating to your needs too. Very helpful when we had some last minute medical emergencies, I was so glad to know they «cared» and helped us out! We will always be back!

I know that I will be in the minority, but even though the grounds are meticulously maintained, I won’t be back. Fire rings? Are you serious? The noxious fumes of starter fluid are enough to give me a raging migraine. We moved from our first site, just to have a huge family have what can only be described as a bonfire at the next site. The parking lot atmosphere is unappealing. Screaming kids and dogs unleashed add to the undesirable ambiance.
I waited for 6 months for my only vacation this year and this is what I get. I paid the same money as the other patrons but my voice was not heard.
If seclusion and relaxation is your goal, keep driving!

Service is good. Facilities are good. Location is excellent. If your looking for a place that has it all look no further. The only negative is the site spaces are very small leaving you with very little privacy. Space #4 and #26 are my favorite. Good luck getting those as this is not a high turnover park.

We had no idea what to expect when we had a trailer delivered here last month. We had never been to Pismo or rented a trailer before so we figured we would try it out. Driving into the ‘resort’ you realize it is just a parking lot crammed full of every type of RV/​trailer imaginable. It was really NOT what we had wanted, but nothing we could do.
We found our trailer and had barely enough room to park our small SUV. We were literally inches from the table and the trailer next to us. People had cars/​trucks parked all over the place. Sticking out into the road at all hours of the day and night.
There is supposedly a quiet time, but people were riding around in golf carts and making noise well past midnight.
The park did have a somewhat nice little village area with store and some old toys to play with in the courtyard. The pool was incredibly warm and comfortable, but most of the people in it were obnoxious and taking up the pool with their antics (not the park’s problem really, but no staff ever checked in on the pool the few hours we were there). We finally had to tell them to settle down as we had kids and they did not take it well.
The location is what this park has going for it. We had a blast walking the beach early in the morning, playing in the water and seeing the thousands of jellyfish that washed up on the shore.
We would definitely never stay here again tho. We will look for other places to put a trailer and if they are the same we will just do the hotel thing or find a house to rent. If you are OK living in a parking lot then this will work well for you.

Such a good environment, this place is supper cool! Everything around is so organized and clean. First time coming over but defiantly not the last. Thanks for being part of our amazing trip :)

We usually don’t camp in Pismo Beach because I have family here but we came for a group get together.
First of all it is what we refer to as parking lot camping. You are so close to the trailer next to you that you can barely put your things out.
We were there with a group of 15 trailers and since our reservation was so far in advance they did get us all together back to back which was nice.
Although two of us came the day before and the site next to our friends, the elderly couple had a huge sewer blowout and mess was everywhere. I had to ask them to come put something over the mess so the people in our group who were coming in didn’t have to camp over raw sewage. Otherwise they weren’t going to do anything because it sat there all day. So finally as our guest arrived they were hurriedly trying to fix that mess. Tractor dumping gravel over the ground and some kind of powder in the gutters to soak up the standing water/​sewage. Really? Were they just going to let you camp on sewage, they took the mat of our friends and said they sanitized it. Yuck I don’t think so. They threw it the trash after that themselves.
We had the clubhouse room and it is very nice. The store is actually very well stocked and it is a nicely manicured park. It is just not our kind of camping, just too close together. If you were to light your fire pit I’d be afraid that it would smoke out my neighbors. Close to town and some what beach access you just have to go around the big pond between the park and the beach.
I know this is one of Pismo Beaches most busiest parks so kudos for keeping their regulars happy. Just not our kind of campground.
