I give three stars ONLY because Rachelle really did help me kick start my weight loss. However, they tell everyone the same thing and give them basically the same eating plans and exercises. News flash– everyone has different bodies and need different foods. However, DO NOT go to see her husband. I sat in a room with him for over two hours listening to him try to tell me how I felt. When I walked out, I realized the place had closed and nobody else was there. This made me feel uncomfortable and I never went back. Thanks for the kick start, but I wouldn’t go back.

RaChell and her staff were so supportive in helping me achieve my health goals. I’ve said this to so many people, «this is the best thing I’ve ever done for me.’ I read a review saying it was expensive, I completely disagree. What’s expensive are co pays and overrated diet plans that don’t address what your body needs or needs to get rid of. Learning to eat well with Torchell is a game changer. I finally have learned how to fuel my body for the long hall. I didn’t deviate from the nutritional menus while reducing dress sizes and had huge success with very few ‘slips’. The daily recipes and meal plans were easy to incorporate into my busy life and didn’t give blood sugar spikes or cravings. I love so many of the recipes and so do my family and friends. I give RaChell and her staff my highest recommendation; if your wanting to change your physical and mental health make the call. Feeling great doesn’t have to be hard but it does take some food prep and dedication to yourself.

No Registered Dietitians work here. I have not worked with this company, but have heard bad things. Very strict, restrictive diets.

TorChell Mind & Body is the best HEALTHY LIFE STYLE CHANGE I have ever done for myself! I love RaChelle and the staff. I have tried weight watchers before and could NEVER get good results. RaChelle has been fabulous to work with and I have lost 45lbs. I can’t tell you enough how awesome it is to NOT have to shop in the plus size section anymore! And I feel so much better! I’m not allergic to wheat or gluetin. I am allergic to dairy and since I avoid it I feel so much better.
I would highly recommend TorChell Mind and Body. My family has even loved our healthier meals that we eat now.

I have been going to TorChell Mind and Body for sereval months. I have had such a great outcome with the support and healthy inform I was provided. Weight loss was just a plus for the healing that I got through the tools provided. Rachell is very knowledgeable about health and wellness. She has taught me to listen to my body and have trust in this journey she has paved for me. She really focuses on bio-​idividuality, creating a meal plan that is right for me and only me. Thank you RaChell for getting me to healthy. Yes I am allergic to milk and wheat, but it’s more than just that and following a «diet» it’s not a «diet» it’s a lifestyle change. My husband and I have both been seeing RaChell and seriously we owe everything to her. She has been very supportive and available at ANYTIME for us. You have to be ready mentally to do this. Money I have paid is nothing compared to the way I feel. You will find someone who is very passionate and willing to help you get to HEALTHY, not take your money. I read a post and it made me decided to post a review which normally I do not do these things. But TorChell Mind & Body helped me to be diagnosed with Lupus!!!
they ran test then referred me to a specialist and confirmed it. Yes a Dr is involved
with TorChell Mind & Body and confirmed before I was sent on to a specialist.
I do have an allergy to wheat as most Lupus have and do not know it.
I have no milk allergies so not everyone is told this! Your blood work is what is
read, so if you have a sensitivity or allergy it is found in your blood work, not
just a random thought.
I am so pleased and of coursed worried about my Lupus, but at least I now
know why I don’t feel well, I went for this reason to find out if I had food issues
and my symptoms led to knowledge and now I am with a rheumatologist.
Without TorChell Mind & Body I think it would have been years before I found
this out.

I am so impressed with this place!
I have not only lost over 60 pounds, but I have also
been taken off of my cholesterol and diabetes medication.
I have not felt this great in years and my Dr is now referring
patients to them.
It is not a one size fits all!!! Yay, for a place like this.

Yea you lose some weight but it’s not worth paying $ 140 a month! And they aren’t very much help some of the stuff they tell you, you already know! I wish I saved my money and just used my friends diet plan basically the same thing they tell everyone they same thing that they can’t digest milk that well and they have are wheat sensitive

So grateful I found. I have been getting my body, mind and soul in alignment. It’s a great place to be!
