Seriously this place could be something great. There aren’t any other pubs in the area at all. Okay, the set up is all wrong — I would love to redesign it :) The bartender can’t hear a word you say because she stands, behind the bar, 3 feet lower than the customer. Weird! They have two TV’s playing sports, three beers on tap(Blue Moon, Sierra Nevada and Yuck Bud Light), lots of bottled beers and a full bar. I’m sure if they got more civilized customers they would change that to maybe some local breweries. They sell burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches and fries(eggs for breakfast till 11am). I would love to have this changed up to have some fun options like fried pickle chips and yummy salads but hey, that is me. My husband and I had a beer and watched the customers that frequent this place. They were not pleasant to the bartender and from the few that I saw tipped poorly. Only one smiled at her and even gave her hug — the rest didn’t even say thank you at all. Yuck. Her name was Susan and she was the most pleasant bartender ever. She put up with some seriously rude people but I am sure that could change if some decent customers would come on by and turn this place around. The venue would be great if people knew about it and patronized its promise for a better future.
