The manager here ROMI has the worst customer service skills .very rude and sarcastic only cares about sales. Every time I come in here to pay a bill I observe his attitude towards customers ! Does not help at all .he is rude. sarcastic and lazy

What an awful store. My mom, a senior, went there today to diagnose her old flip phone. The manager took out her sim card, rubbed it between his fingers, said it was fixed and walked away. (The phone was not fixed).
My mom objected, and asked for more help, and he just continued to walk away. And then the manager chatted up with his coworkers in the back room, not helping my mom one bit.
An associate finally helped my mom.
I advise the store to get better management.
