We make hand poured signature Pecan Pralines similar to the ones in Louisiana and Texas because that is where our family originate from and we brought the recipe to California when we came! My rich creamy candy melts in your mouth and will leave you wanting more. We package and ship them fresh by the dozen to your door anywhere in the U.S. We customize a special size for your party favors too.
We cater all types of events up to 200 people on weekends throughout the year. We offer delicious food that has a Southern Flair, the highest quality and plenty of flavor. We pride ourselves on delivering 100% satisfaction and great customer service each and every time. Menus are customized to match your vision and fit your budget. You will know what sets us apart from other caterers from the first consultation when you are made to feel like family, I personally guide you through your selection process based on your type of event, and then once you TASTE our food, its over the top!
History
Established in 2011.
I started making delicious dishes and Pralines for family, friends and coworkers many years ago, and over time I was always encouraged to follow my passion and the requests kept coming. I love what I do and when the opportunity presented itself in 2011, I went for it and I have not looked back.

I was born in San Francisco, but my brothers and I spent a lot of time in Texas and Louisiana because that is where the entire family is from. We grew up cooking and eating delicious food all the time. I have always wanted to create and taste the best food of the best quality even as a little girl. I attended Culinary school in Arizona to sharpen my kitchen skills. The rest of what I learned was from spending countless hours in the kitchen.
