Would give 0 stars. This place is horrific… the prices are high but the worst thing about this H&R Block is THE STAFF! Discourteous, unprofessional, and blatantly rude. I would never consider doing business with this company again.

I called at 9am and made a same day appointment for 12pm… i show up 10 min. Early and was told at 11:30 that it was taking longer than expected and it would only be a little bit longer. 1:00 still waiting… If i had time to spend elsewhere i would be gone… Needless to say that I won’t be back, I will use Unilocal to find some place that knows what an appointment is and the value of it.
