Brian did a great job on our carpets. He arrived early, went right to work and finished our house in about three hours. His work was excellent and our carpets are cleaner now than they have been in years. We highly recommend Kleen Way Carpet Cleaning.

Good fair honest service, I have used Brian the owner over the years. No need to look anyplace else, for someone who truly cares about the work they do.

I would hope that anyone needing: a) carpets cleaned well and with natural products b) superior service and quality c) great prices and service that is always 5 star… would hire Kleenway. I was a customer for a year, before I needed a major medical procedure. Before I came home from the hospital I called my reliable carpet team and they made it a priority to get to my house before I came home to create a sterile environment. They are classy, kind and professional. I will be demanding that all my friends use them going forward, because they truly deserve the business.

Brian came and cleaned our carpets this morning! Seriously amazing!!! The spots that we thought would never come out, came out when he cleaned our carpets!!! We are so happy that he cleaned our carpets, they look great!!!

Great service! We have used several different carpet cleaners and tried various products and Kleen Way Carpet is by far the best. I would give Stanley Steemer a 1 star rating. I had my carpet cleaned last week and seriously it has never looked better. Everyday it seems cleaner. We spill a lot and let’s just say we never thought the red wine stains would ever come up. Thanks we will definitely be scheduling a follow up in 6 months.

Amie and Brian are an amazing duo! Amie does all the scheduling. She’s great about finding the perfect appointment time. Brain is a very hard working. I was amazed at how quickly he worked. He’s very knowledgeable and told me how to take care of the carpet from here on out. We will for sure be using them again!

I called in the evening and she answered not a recording to leave a message or a touch all kinds of numbers to eventually get to someone.

I received a coupon in the mail for carpet cleaning and called to get a quote. I was impressed with Amy’s friendly and helpful tone of voice and booked the appointment. Brian came by the house and did a stand up job and his prices were amazing. I’m definitely going to be calling them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I saw an ad on Facebook for carpet cleaning… which as we all know can be sketchy. I messaged Amie from Kleen Way Carpet, and she responded promptly and quickly. She answered all my questions, confirmed a GREAT price, as well as informing me who the cleaner was going to be. Once the deal was made, she promptly sent me a confirmation email, which told me the information we just had discussed, and reconfirming price, date and location.
Today was my cleaning day and granted it was for a hallway which is a HIGH walking area and a kids bedroom with some stains from… not quite sure how… The technician, Brian went to work and was relentless. He needless to say did an AMAZING job! I was speechless about the quality and the end results! I guess the reason for my astonishment is that we had a carpet cleaner here about 6 months ago, and once he left it was if he never came… as stains were still visible etc. Not this time though!
Brian was very detailed oriented and my carpet was dry within a very short time!!! Needless to say I am a Happy Happy Happy Customer, and would gladly refer them to others! Thank you!

I am so glad I am a facebook junkie I found Kleen way on Facebook and I took a look at the before and after pictures and was impressed I contacted them right away and I loved what I was told for the first time when contacting a cleaning company I was not judged and I was very impressed by the honesty and knowledge from Brian and the price I was quoted was very fair. I had just recently lost my dog to a battle with Cancer and my carpets suffered greatly. Brian showed up on time and took the time to walk my home with me before he started the work and never once gave out a negitive response to the look or smell he actually told me what and how he was going to make it better. When the work was done I was shocked it was a thousand time better than I thought it would be Thank you so much I would diffently recommend Kleen way to anyone who needs there carpets done.

At first, I attempted to schedule Sears for a tile and grout (floor) cleaning in my entrance and kitchen. The Sears rep indicated that their vehicles were having mechanical difficulties and would, at best, be able to schedule an appointment 7 days later.
Luckily, I noticed Brian’s listing on Craigslist for Kleen Way Carpet Cleaning. I called him on Friday at 4pm, and he was able to come to my home that weekend on Sunday for no extra charge. His rates were far less than his competitors, such as Sears and Chem Dry. Brian from Kleen Way thoroughly cleaned my floors — natural stone floors with grout — for a bargain price and maintained a terrific attitude. He also provided me excellent suggestions about avoiding certain, unnecessary cleaning services for my particular floors, saving me a small fortune. Without a doubt, I’ll contact him in the future to clean my carpets and floors.
As one last note, although he might be based in Pittsburg, he was quite willing to clean my home in Concord.
