We are a coffee roasting business located in Pittsburg, Kansas. We purchase green coffee beans from wholesalers and farmers, then roast them in our store. The freshly roasted beans come whole and can be ground upon the customer’s request. The definition of signet is «the impression made by» and we hope that our coffee makes an impression on our community and customers.

Love love love, this coffee place. It’s quiet atmosphere leaves you relaxed and happy. When you first walk in you see all the bags of unroasted beans, knowing that they personally roast all of their beans, makes it one of my favorite coffee spots in town. The aroma is amazing, the coffee is devine, the couple running the place happy and helpful!

Signets coffee is the only one I can take without milk and sugar. Yes it’s that good. All freshly roasted. It’s the best I’ve had and no comparison to Starbucks. Starbucks will actually rundown if signet became a big franchise
