This company took over the property buildings named Independence Oaks Apartments in Independence, KY. about 6 months ago; and it’s been hellish. Bad management, evident from not calling or following up on your concerns, bad upkeep; evident from snow plowing (or the lack of it), trash all over the property and overflowing trash compactor. this manager does not even walk around the property. many residents moved, and every time I see someone leaving, I asked why — and they all say; this property is terrible now with this new management. Shame how they turn this new clean and beautiful property to old looking, filthy and poorly maintained trashy property.

I can’t speak to their apartments, but don’t EVER use this company for parking!
1. Two friends paid for monthly parking in this lot and still got towed, after being told the towing company would be notified to not tow their cars. Basically the exact opposite of why someone would pay for a parking space there.
2. This office seems to have forgotten what posted business hours mean — there is NEVER anyone in the office when you call or try to drop off payments. As far as I can tell the only way to actually remit payment is to slide it under the door, which resulted in about half of my checks getting lost and my having to cancel checks and pay late fees.
3. When I sent in my 30 day notice to cancel my monthly account with them they managed to receive the check but not the notice? This resulted in a $ 300 bill when they tried to claim they never received notice.
4. Angela, who works at this location seems to never have heard the term «Customer Service» and seems to think yelling at her customers is the best way to make the problems go away. Don’t even bother trying to speak to a supervisor, because she’s «not authorized» to give you that information. Sounds suspiciously like someone who doesn’t want her boss to know what a totally useless employee she is.
This place is a Scam, a waste of time, and a waste of money. Park on the street, it will be better for your mental health and your pocket book.
