Incredible isn’t even good enough! This was by far my best experience at a salon! Yes, the 5 star rating is no lie ladies. Bridgett is super talented, warm and welcoming. We had great conversation and she *listened* to everything I had to say and responded with info and help. Lots of stylist promise you the world, but what I love about Bridgett is that she is very honest. She truly wants to protect your hair for the long term. And the result of her passion and talent is that your hair turns out gorgeous! I have A LOT of hair and it’s ruthlessly complicated. And I’ve had many bad hair experiences, and I was praying for a good experience. I got a great one; my hair is beautifully colored and shiny!

Great salon! I get my (Brazilian) waxes here and they’re always done well and efficiently. Very reasonable prices and a friendly, laidback atmosphere. Accommodating with scheduling too.

Great service! I am new to the area and was reading reviews on Unilocal to help me choose a salon. I could not be happier that I chose this one. Staff listened to me and seemed genuinely interested in what particular style/​look I wanted to accomplish. Price was also very reasonable. I love my hair and will definitely be back when it is due for another color and cut!!!

Got my hair cut, colored, and highlighted today and Bridget was absolutely wonderful! My hair looks amazing, and everyone at the salon was super friendly. I also had my eyebrows waxed and Bridget did a great job on them with less pain than I’ve ever experienced waxing! I will definitely be back.

Kaila does excellent work on my difficult hair. She is a cut, color and highlighting expert! I get compliments on my hair all the time. Glad i found Kaila and Addicted Salon!

Long story short, I needed to find a hair stylist and fell into the wrong hands. Ended up with chunky highlights-​some white, some orange. Exposed roots. Sh*t was rough. Friends and co-​workers recommended Addicted so I called them to fix my situation. I can’t even begin to tell you about the miracle they made happen on my head. I went from cringing anytime I caught a glimpse of myself, to seeking out all reflective surfaces. Seriously. They’re amazing. I will never go anywhere else. They’re honest. They tell you what their plan is and make sure you’re on board. It was the perfect experience.

So glad I found this place! I live in the neighborhood, and Butler Street is filled with awesome salons so choosing was hard! I care a great deal about my hair, and had been going to the same stylist for years up until she moved, so there were big shoes to fill! Couldn’t be happier I chose Addicted.
Addicted is trendy and nice without being uptight. Everyone in the salon is very welcoming, friendly and chatty and everyone does an amazing job. Christine has cut my hair a few times (since I have long hair) but, I have had my hair cut by other stylists there who have done an equally awesome job. It takes a lot for me to really trust a hair stylist, but they’ve earned it! I always walk away happy, and the price is always so reasonable for the great job they do! I would recommend Addicted to anyone looking for a great haircut experience!

Awesome salon and staff! I moved to Pittsburgh from Toronto and struggled to find a salon or stylist I felt comfortable with. Through much trial and error, I ended up at addicted and I couldn’t be happier. They are amazing. If you are looking for an awesome stylist, lash extensions, or waxing, all at one location and at very fair prices, you’ve found your spot. At least I know I have. I’m couldn’t be happier! I’ve had a cut, highlights, low lights, Brazilian wax, and lashes, and every service so far, has been amazing. Love it! Bridgette did my hair and lashes, Christine my waxing. Check them out. Bridgett is the best hair stylist in the world. She makes me a beauty! she & her staff are soo cool, the salons is fantastic, upbeat! the staff are all current with the latest trends, colorology, skin care, and all around beauty care i have ever come across! if you really want to look beautiful, make an appt here. you won’t regret it!
when i think of the care of myself & beauty in general. Just as in a dr, gyno or dentist. i wouldnt trust the upkeep on my look to just anyone. Would you?

I went here last summer for a spray tan and absolutely LOVED IT. The color was very natural (I received a ton of compliments) and lasted longer than other spray tans I’ve previously received. The woman who sprayed me was efficient, friendly, and professional.
The reason for my low rating is that I can’t seem to get another appointment. I called a month or so for an appointment and when I finally got through (after leaving at least 1 message without a call back), I was told that a part was broken on the spray tool and they were waiting for a replacement. Fast forward to last week and I made an appointment for today (Tuesday) before leaving for a vacation. Unfortunately, I got a voicemail this morning letting me know that the spray tool was again broken and they were waiting for a part. I’d love to go back here, but my attempts at making an appointment don’t seem to be working out.

This place lovely, staff laid back, accommodating and really listened. And my hair looks and feels like that perfectly tousled bouncy deliciousness only found on tween melodramas.
And it was reasonably priced.

Love this salon! The staff is wonderful! Wendi does my hair and highlights… she is amazing and a color expert! While you’re there ask Katie for a scalp massage that will make you never want to leave! Bridgett gives the most amazing micro facials. Those are the only services I have had… so far! Highly recommend this salon!!!

This is the best hair salon in the city! Staff is extremely talented, friendly, and welcoming. Bridgett is the best. I have been following her around for years. I currently live in California and still only get my hair done with her! Great hair cuts and amazing with color!!! I’ve recommended many of ppl who are now regulars.

Yesterday in a raging sea of emotion I took the scissors to my normally side swept bangs. I would have blunt «Bettie Paige-​esque» bangs if it was the last thing I did. While I managed to cut the rough shape of bangs into my hair, it was so far from good. To the rescue… Amanda and Addicted Salon! I knew her on Instagram and I’ve seen her work. I needed her help!
She squeezed me in at a moments notice, thankfully. From the moment I walked in to the cozy entry way I was immediately greeted by her and another employee. All smiles and excited to see me. She worked quickly and will such amazing skill. She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to shape my hair the way I described it without hesitation.
I could not be happier. I will absolutely be back and for a cut, deep condition, and vibrant color as she knows by preferred salon brand for bright hues and can get me the results I crave.

I needed to find a new hairdresser after my stylist of 20+ years passed away unexpectedly. I worried about finding someone I would like, as well as someone who would do my color right.
My husband suggested I give Wendi at Addicted a try. She completely understood that I was freaking out about having to find a new stylist. During my initial consultation, she was the consummate professional — she listened as I described what I like, and made good suggestions. I felt comfortable with her right away. I was quite pleased with the results!
I have been going to Wendi ever since. She is warm, friendly and funny, and my hair always looks great! The other stylists at the salon are also very friendly and welcoming. The salon provides a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and everyone leaving there looks great!
I highly recommend Addicted and Wendi!

I am so happy I found this place! After I was unable to make an appointment for some reason at the place I had gone before, I sought out a new spot in the nearby neighborhoods. Based on the reviews, I decided to give this newer place a shot, and I am certainly glad that I did.
Christine was awesome… friendly/​very personable, quick, listened to what I wanted. She definitely is good at what she does and I think it is because she truly enjoys it!
Prices were more than fair, everyone was down to earth, and the overall experience was great! They also do chemical peels and some other services that I was excited to find out about.
Very much looking forward to my next appointment in Jan!

I moved to the Lawrenceville shortly before this salon opened and I decided to give it a try– so glad I did! Bridgett swiftly and expertly put in some partial foil highlights and did a great job on the cut, blending in my awkwardly grown-​out bangs. All for a very reasonable price. The salon space is beautiful and cozy. I will be back!

Beautiful new space in Lville! Everyone was extremely nice and it was a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Wendi cut and dyed my hair after really taking into account what I wanted and thoroughly discussing my color. My hair looked fabulous and it was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend Addicted and Wendi!
