I recently ordered from Balloonatics for my daughter’s baby shower and had an great experience! The owner Tracie was easy to work and very accommodating for my needs. She was also easy to reach by phone for questions. She offered great ideas along with pictures. She delivered 2 awesome confetti balloons as well as (2) 3ft balloons with tassels that were gorgeous! Everything was delivered as promised and I received many compliments of the balloons. I would not hesitate to work with her again!

***Watch your credit card!*** My card was charged an additional charge a week after my initial charge for balloons!!! Asked to remove and got no response so I had to dispute with my credit card company. Clearly this is something that is a habit here. Must be hoping that people don’t check their credit card charges!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I placed an order for balloons in September 2014 for an event to support suicide loss and prevention organized by a non-​profit organization. The balloons were delivered on time to the event. That was not the problem, the nightmare began months later when our organization was charged over $ 3,000 from September thru November for balloons never ordered. I contacted Tracie (owner) multiple times without a response. I proceeded to contac the credit card company to file a dispute at which time was issued a credit. When finally making contact with Tracie she apologized for the mistake and would take care of the charges. Needless to say I recently received a corresponding email from the credit card company stating the credits issued would be overturned as the merchant provided signed receipts making the transactions valid. The problem is I never signed the receipts. This has now turned into a fraud claim being investigated by the credit card company and the local police department!

I wish I good give a business a 0. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for balloons for a graduation party. The balance was paid two weeks prior to the party as I was told was required by Tracy (the owner). The balloons were nice-​delivered on time to the venue. My problems began when I noticed that I was charged a duplicate amount two additional times two weeks after the party. After calling Tracy (the owner) numerous times – I was told indeed that this was an error and I would be issued a refund. The refund was never issued. I have called numerous times over the last month – with no answer/​response. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR REPEATEDLY DOUBLE CHARGING CLIENTS. STAY AWAY!

Balloonatics is terrible. I will not use them again and I do not recommend them.
To be clear — it is not their balloon products I have a problem with, it is their bad business practices. After I placed my order (for $ 499.71 in balloons) my credit cards was charged. The balloons were delivered on time.
Two weeks later my card was charged again for a duplicate amount. The owner Tracie told me she would issue a refund. I have not seen the credit. I called and emailed Tracie daily. When she answered (rarely) she always told me that she was out on a delivery and would issue the credit when she returned to the shop. She never did.
I have had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.
