Established in 1987.

In 1987 Tri-​State DIALPRO, Inc. began selling, installing, and servicing VMX voicemail systems, switching to Call Processing Professionals soon after. We specialized in voicemail, IVR, ACD, & Music-​on-​Hold systems. We began selling, installing, and servicing Panasonic Telephone Systems in 2003. Panasonic quickly became our best selling product. We are now the #1 selling Panasonic dealer in Pittsburgh. We have always provided 24÷7÷365 support. We stock much of the equipment that we service. All our technicians are employees and fully certified by the manufacturer. We now sell and service Mobitix, Panasonic, and Lorex video surveillance cameras and equipment.
