This awesome Italian, family-​owned bakery has always been a go-​to for my family. My favorite thing growing up was driving past late at night to smell the freshly baking bread.
Inside everything is fresh and authentic. Not only are there a variety of baked goods at the bakery and deli counters, but there are fridges full of different items like pizza crusts to make your own. And you’ve come to the right place because you can get the crust, the fresh mozzarella, and toppings — plus the cannoli for dessert!
There are also other specialty items that they carry on the shelves in the store as well such as olive oils, pastas, and sauces.
I don’t go here all the time because it seems a little pricey compared to a normal grocery run, but the quality is absolutely there and more than worth it! I know that it’s true because whenever I announce that I’m bringing something over or back from Cibrone’s everyone lines up to see the choices!

Cibrone Bakery is great! All of their food is very good! They have a desserts, dinners, pepperoni rolls, baking needs, anything you need for a good Italian meal. They also have lunch meat and bread. The bread is incredible! Not only is the food good, but the service is great! Everyone is very nice and you get waited on right away! If you haven’t tried anything from Cibrone’s yet, you have to check it out! Plus you’re helping out a local business!

I love this bakery! They have the best bread ever and their cookies are really good too! Local, family owned business that has been around forever. If you’d live in Castle Shannon you have probably pass this place many times but I urge you to stop inside and pick up a loaf of bread or some cookies you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent, soft, chewy, fat chocolate chip cookies they have! Try ‘em!
