Dr. Grumet is friendly and takes as much time as necessary to explain diagnoses, treatments, and anything other information the patient needs. The receptionists and nurses can be somewhat robotic and impersonal, but the doctor makes up for that in spades. In my experience, Dr. Grumet is on time (within a few minutes) about two-​thirds of the time, which I think is pretty good these days. By using Craig Medical Associates, you also get the full benefits of their affiliation with UPMC.
