I highly recommend Harmony Pilates to anyone who wants to improve their fitness level no matter how fit you may be presently. I had several chronic injuries from years of improper posture, repetitive stress in my job, and being generally out of shape. I didn’t know where to start to get back in shape without injury. I have been working with Dilla and find her to be the most knowledgeable fitness trainer that I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of anatomy and it’s related function is great. I’m learning so much about how to get the most benefit from each exercise. Also she knows just how to modify the exercises to allow me to stretch and strengthen neglected areas without injury. She is always attentive, focused, and encouraging I actually look forward to the classes and can feel improvement every week. I’ve worked with several of the other instructors and they have all been excellent. The studio is immaculately clean and induces a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
