History

Established in 2012.

Hi-Tech Learning was founded by Shawn Walk and Peter May. These experienced education professionals had much success offering extracurricular after school and summer programs at the elementary school where they taught for over 10 years. They valued the opportunity to bring technology enrichment options to their school while helping students develop even more skills for the future.

Based on overwhelming demand, Shawn and Peter knew it was time to formalize their programs and offer them to an even broader audience. Hi-Tech Learning was officially born! The team began tirelessly developing dynamic, engaging, and fun curriculum focused on utilizing technology kids love to teach technical and 21st century skills. Hi-Tech Learning specifically structures programs to best facilitate the development of Innovation, Collaboration, and Problems Solving abilities while challenging kids to create using Tech for Good!
