I’ve been a customer off and on for over 10yrs. After switching to directv for a while I got a call to come back to fios so I listened to their sales spew. I was still under contract with directv so the man said he’d give me a $ 300 visa gift card. After over 31 phone calls and numerous hang ups I finally talked to a superviser who basically called me a lier. I would never recommend them and feel they don’t treat people properly.
