We are a privately owned fitness company specialize in designing group personal training programs for women of all ages.

Our group personal training classes are 45-​minutes of the most effective strength and cardio combinations possible – in fact we use interval-​type training that is scientifically proven to be the most effective type of exercise for losing body fat and building that long, lean sexy muscle mass.

With the dozens of weight loss myths that surround women’s weight loss and fitness training it is nearly impossible for one succeed on their own — our primary goal is to expose these myths and give you the tools that are required to obtain the body of your dreams.

Established in 2009.

Just for Her started out as a private in-​home personal training service for women. After years of success with our one-​on-​one training clients we have now taken our exclusive fitness system and integrated it into a group training program — Just for Her Boot Camps.

We are NOT you ordinary «boot camp». There are no «drill instructors» or screaming involved in our program. We have revolutionized «boot camps» by providing these programs indoors and by utilizing our proven fat loss system that we’ve kept secret for years.

Business Owner

Jason Zawodniak created JMZ Fitness LLC and Just for Her Fitness in 2008 to better share his passion for helping others who struggle with weight loss.

In 2009, Jason created Just for Her Boot Camps as a solution for women who did not want to overpay for gym memberships and $ 65/​hour personal trainers but still wanted amazing results. He uses his extensive background Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and in Personal Training to design state-​of-​the-​art fitness programs, that are affordable and effective.

Jason is not you run-​of-​the-​mill Personal Trainer — he incorporates his extensive background in the health and fitness industry to create the most effective group fitness program in the Pittsburgh area.
