DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. You will live to regret it. My job was suppose to take 4 – 5 months, after 6 he repeatedly complained that his subs did a bad job and correcting their mistakes was loosing him money. After the rough inspections, he painted the new drywall, then he came in early one morning, removed his tools and snuck out quietly. Later that day he sent me an email stating, «We got our stuff. We are done. That’s it.» There was zero previous conversation or discussion about any problems. I was completely blind-​sighted. He left my house in shambles. I had no appliances, no sinks, no laundry room, no tub, no shower, no toilet, no heat, etc. I have 17 dangling light bulbs where he was suppose to put in recessed lights, no cabinet doors or drawers, dangling wires where there is suppose to be under-​cabinet lighting, no grout, no holes in the doors where door knobs belong, no crown molding or baseboards, no shower door and no fence (all things stated that he would provide in our written contract). He said he was almost done so I paid him 95% of the job which is only ¾ finished. He removed my tools and my ladder and refuses to reimburse me. In addition to everything left undone, I have to pay for all his mistakes– the space for the double oven cabinet is 1″ too small (the cabinet does not fit), there was no exterior hole to vent the cooktop exhaust hood, the patio is sloped towards the house, he put 4 specialty windows in wrong so now the custom made leaded windows do not fit, he put in a gas line for an electric dryer, the shower tile ends before it meets the glass shower door (the glass door guy came and said it’s not good to attach the door to drywall), the new electrical box is maxed out and I keep tripping breakers, plus there is no room to add the ovens and dishwasher. It has been a nightmare! Do not let his «I’m a religious man» jargon fool you. He lied to me and stole from me. He is not honest nor trustworthy. I wish someone had written a review before I hired him. PS He told me the job before me the owner complained about the yard being left a mess. He left a mound of dirt and a pile of bricks on my property.
