Business Owner

Amy and Ian Green are a husband and wife team that has a collective of 16 years experience. Their bodywork is a cornucopia of technique weaved together with knowledge, experience and intuition. Stretches, range of motion, traction, trigger point release, deeper structural work, acupressure, cupping and nurturing touch are integrated for maximum results. Each session is creatively customized for the client’s needs at the time. Ian and Amy take good care to make their clients feel at ease and are receptive and confidential when people need to talk through through their healing processes.

If informed deep work and help with chronic pain is what you seek, you may have finally found the right therapists.

Amy and Ian also enjoy guiding people in their exploration of the Float Tank. Its an amazing way to filter out external stimuli, relax the body and mind, and look inward. Located incredibly close to major roads and downtown, but cozy and tucked away. Parking is free and close.

My wife and I recently visited and did our first float together. The experience was awesome. We went back 2 weeks later and got massages. Again.awesome. We can’t praise this place enough. If looking for a great massage or try something out of the ordinary and float in their sensory tank, this is the place to call!

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! Therapists who know about the human body and more than just your run-​of-​the-​mill massage. Amy and Ian are experts in deep tissue, sports massage, facia work, relaxation, trigger point, etc YOU NAME It! How many times have you walked into a fancy salon or studio and left disappointed and $ 50 poorer. Massage works is money well spent. For massage and healing work, there is no where else I would go.

Amy is fantastic! She really knows how the body works and uses some techniques I had never experienced before — but they are very effective. Every massage is a customized massage. Communication is the key with your masseuse and Amy is the perfect person. She makes sure to ask of any focus points you would like and discusses a game plan with you beforehand. I always feel 100% better after I leave. Soothing music, amazingly comfortable bed — love the hot stones, and the oils she use do NOT feel greasy (the only place I have not had to feel like I need to take a shower after my massage). Truly professional and kind. Highly recommended.

Amy is by far one of the very best in Pittsburgh, and is always my first choice for bodywork!
She really knows her stuff, and is a total nerd for her craft, always imparting new info. and techniques.

I had a fantastic massage. Ian and Amy are great and really are passionate about their work. They took the time to understand my health issues and design a massage to help me. Ian did a combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage with other very effective techniques for my lower back. I highly recommend them, they will really work with you and treat you well.

I’ve only gone to a handful of massage therapists, but Amy is the best I’ve found by leaps and bounds. Pittsburgh is lucky to have her practice here. She truly cares about helping heal people, and is highly skilled at it. Not only does she have a deep understanding of massage therapy and physiology, but she has incredibly strong hands to really get in there and work out any knots cramping your style. She’s the best and I cannot recommend her more highly.
