I’ve had two very different experiences here at this Radioshack. I work across the street so it’s fairly easy access for me, so much so that I ran down there on my lunch one day because I heard that they not only sold iPhones, but you could sell your old one to them for around 100 $ if it was in great shape.(Mine is.) I run down there on my lunch and breeze in the door. There were 3 people working and 1 eventually approached me. I was short on time so I got to the point. Turns out they didn’t have any AT&T iPhones, which I knew was a possibility. Here’s my issue. They didn’t offer any alternative. No, «Hey we don’t have these BUT we can order one for you.» Or. «We can call you when they come in.» Or… «This is the day we get the order in usually.» Nothing. I was pretty disappointed. My last experience though was much much better, although not enough to pull it up above 3 stars. I popped in quickly before the nightmare that is light up night started in full force to buy a pair of new headphones before I left on my weekend bus trip. I was immediately approached by a salesperson who had a lot of suggestions for my super picky needs. He also told me about the year warranty for $ 2.99 so that in the event that anything happens to the headphones I can go back in and get a new pair. I was really impressed by Cody who works there, he saved this from being a 1 star to a 3 star.
