History

Established in 2007.

After working as a registered nurse, for many years, I got married & started my family. It wasn’t until after having my first child, & becoming a stay at home mom, that I decided to switch gears & become my own boss. So, in the Spring of 2007, after many years of baking cakes for family & friends,

Save The Date Cakes was born.

A life-​long baker, my earliest memories were of the sweet smells & bustling activities in my Mother’s & Grandmother’s kitchens — baking cakes, pies, cookies & tons of Greek pastries. It’s in my blood & what makes me happy. That sweetness & joy is what I hope to share with you when I create a special confection for your party, wedding or event.
