History

Established in 2004.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth and healing they are striving for. I help people have compassion for themselves and others in their lives and to make more loving choices for themselves.

In working with couples, especially, my job is to «work myself out of a job.» I hold the compassionate stance for both partners and help them to have a different conversation than the one they keep finding themselves in. No shame… no blame. Couples come to couples counseling to either say «hello in a different way» or to «say goodbye.» Whatever your circumstance, give me a call, and we can assess how best to work.
