SpringHill Suites West Mifflin

Our first time to stay here. Everything just right. Nice bedding, tv and internet, iron and board. But… not much for elec outlets bedside, which has become a requirement for me. Gotta keep the stuff charged, iPads, phone, laptop… things we think we need to pack around to do our thing. So… lack of elec outlets gets a lower rating from me.

Ive stayed at many hotels. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the hotel we felt welcomed. The concierge was so nice! We stayed there for a wedding this past Saturday (unfortunately we did not get the wedding rate due to my negligence) but the pricing was more than fair. The room had a couch, nice tv with premium channels, free wifi and basically the most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever had at a hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality and your amazing breakfast!

This hotel was terrible other than a bed for the night. Traveled here out of state, hotel advertised as close to Heinz Field. Completely false advertising!!! Once here you take shuttle from hotel to game, and they fail to tell you it’s not all the way to field either… its «most» of the way. They drop you off at the ferry, which they do not tell you when they offer free shuttle to game on website… and you pay the fee to get across the river to get to game. Now it’s time to go home, and they don’t have a taxi service they use to get us back to airport. Unbelievable!

This hotel was great! It was convenient for everything I needed. It was easy to get to. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was HUGE! It was very quiet and comfortable. The only two issues I had, was the batteries were going out in the remote control. And the toilet paper was directly in front of the toilet, but it was not in reach. I know TMI, but it was a strange spot for the toilet paper. However, I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this Hotel several times when visiting the Pittsburgh area and have always found the service and property to be outstanding. The staff and Management continues to exceed my expectations. Any problems or issues are quickly addressed. The housekeeping staff were very professional and willing to work around my schedule. The breakfast area is well attended throughout the advertised time. There is free coffee available in the lobby around the clock. My room was clean and fresh. The free wireless internet was quick and dependable and served my needs. All in all I looked for a nit to pick but could not find one. This hotel is an excellent accommodation and will continue to be my choice when traveling in the Pittsburgh area

Stayed in room 323.
Overall my experience at this property was acceptable. Property is updated with new décor. Pool was decent, exercise room was standard.
My room was good, a few minor things: vanity mirror was streaked with something, coffee droplets left on top of the TV stand and on the TV guide.
