I just had an amazing experience here!!! My iPhone 5s had broken a few days prior, and I went to the store with my mom looking for a new one. Angie, the very nice and knowledgable woman who was helping us out, was one of the greatest examples of how customer service should be!!! She was the most down to earth employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at this location. Angie introduced us to a newer plan that worked the best for my family and a plan that was more cost efficient. Angie helped us out so much and we had such great laughs and conversations during our visit here. Chad, another employee who helped us, was also very eager and knowledgable on what device I should look into! Hopefully I don’t have to go back anytime soon with another phone problem, but I sure wish I could visit! Had so much fun with them. GREAT STAFF!!!

A very nice factory store. They tried to help me out but my account was national and they received the forbidden sign from managment.
I really do dislike the «Man» — they were trying to do good ;-)
I will probably pop in to the store from time to time while I am staying in Pittsburgh.
