We are a Food Truck. We serve comfort food in an egg roll.
History
Established in 2013.
Our schtick is this: We make good food, but we want to serve it on the go. We take delightful meals, roll them up in egg roll wrappers, flash fry them, and serve them to you swaddled in a paper towel. You get the «perfect bite» every bite and your napkin is always with you. On board we also have a few non fried salad rolls, gourmet popcorn, and a selection of sweets. To drink we offer Coca Cola products, home brewed iced tea, and in house flavored water.
We do our very best to keep our food local (our beef comes from Punsit Valley Farm in Spencertown, NY) and make most everything from scratch.
