Pittsford Nautilus and Personal Training Center is an independently owned and operated Fitness facility that has been serving Pittsford and the surrounding communities for over 33 years. Our professional and knowledgeable staff is able to assist our members, ages 13 and up, attain and surpass their goals and objectives with a large variety of Cardiovascular and Strength equipment.
We will work in conjunction with your doctor, therapist and you as an individual to provide you the best and most comprehensive fitness plan. At Pittsford Nautilus and Personal Training Center, we aim to help you increase your physical activity resulting in a healthy, productive lifestyle.
