History
Established in 2001.
Founders Norm Provvidenza and Tom Wright thought that accounting services should be delivered with the highest level of personalized service. While they were working at larger multi national and regional firms, they learned from client’s feedback. As a result they formed the business to create a unique platform for delivering specialized knowledge with a service emphasis of partnering with clients as business coaches to help drive success for the small business owner.

Thomas W.
Business Owner
Tom attended Rider University where he earned his B.S. degree in accounting. Upon graduation he went to work for a Big-5 firm. He left public accounting to join the tax management team for Johnson & Johnson. He earned his graduate degree in taxation from Northeastern University graduating in September 2000 cum laude. He has since returned to Rochester and founded an accounting firm.
Tom is a certified public accountant licensed in New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other professional organizations. Tom is also a licensed educational instructor and provides continuing professional education to accountants and other business professionals in New York State.
He has been awarded a writing scholarship for excellence, earned special recognition from the Internal Revenue Service and the New Jersey Division of Taxation for outstanding leadership and support in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
