Astro Eclipse Custom Glass Tinting

I got my windows tinted here a few weeks ago and they were great! They got me in quickly since I called the day before. The girl at the front was super friendly and followed up with me through out the day. I would highly recommend Astro Eclipse.

Dishonest? Shame on you for being the dishonest one. 3 times to do 1 window? maybe your defensive because you did the job? My window barely rolls down now. When I take it to Range Rover for them to look at it, I’ll be sure to send you the bill. «Bring it in so we can look at it and set another appointment». Just excuses. My time is much more valuable than to keep returning to your establishment. I have Every reason to be upset, but if you need the $ 100 for those 2 windows that bad, go ahead and keep it. I don’t have time to do business with dishonest people. People deserve to know the truth.

Good job trying to cover your ass and not taking ANY responsibility for my terrible experience, making up things saying that «I loved it.» You never spoke to me so either you or your staff is lying. And filthy? Like I said, I didn’t realize I was supposed to get my car washed and detailed before I brought it in. I’m sure the outside dirt and all the pet hair inside my car really prevented your guys from doing a good job. Most companies, at least the one I work for, actually apologize to the customer and try to resolve issues, not blame it on them. I would recommend working on that for the future. Why would I make up something as ridiculous as an odor if it didn’t really exist? I’m a customer who just wanted to get what I paid for and I get this? Everything I wrote was accurate which is why I am LIVID with the service, product and especially your response as the business owner. Any normal person would have the same concerns and I’m sure others will see through all your excuses in your response.

Best tints I’ve seen the lines are perfect and they didn’t over charge me just because I have a bmw and the lady at the front is always super nice would recommend to my friends only con is its about 20 minutes from my house

Got my 2014 Mercedes tinted here. Amazing staff. Amazing tint. Looks great no bubbles. Jut sold that car and am headed back to get my new car tinted. So excited can’t wait!!!

Search no more for the best auto tinting anywhere! I’ve had it done before on other vehicles at other places, but nothing compares to the quality of product AND service you get at Astro Eclipse. The prices are are very competitive. Maggie will give you the absolute best customer service you’ve ever had. She’s the greatest!

Very professional and delivered exactly what they promised. Receptionist Maggie is pleasant to speak with and if you are a Disney Cruiser, she has stories to tell. They do tinting for autos, businesses, home, boats, and I’m sure others. Call for a quote.

Saw some really good reviews about this place, and they were all right. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Maggie. She was really nice, and accommodating even when she confirmed my appointment on the phone the night before. Service was quick, got my front two (2) windows done in a little over an hour. I suggest morning appointments, since they get busy — especially on weekends. Also, always call first to see if they have any special promos. Sometimes, it’s better than the Groupon ad. I got the Pinnacle 50 ceramic tint. I’m very happy with the look, and heat/​UV rejection. If you have a new car, it’s definitely worth the investment. In fact, I could tell the difference as soon as I got in my car. I’ll likely be coming back in the near future to get the back windows and sunroof done. (They’re factory tinted.)

Showed up at scheduled time waited 6 hours for car to be done. A week later noticed bubbles still there and a scratch on passenger window. Called spoke with Maggie, she stated to bring car in so they can see it and then they’ll schedule appt to repair. Repairs only done on weekdays during business hours. Called back to book appt spoke with Alyssa she stated they can’t fix the scratch on tint. Lost my cool and then was told to bring in car. While sitting here waiting my husband and I were being ignored by the staff, where’s the friendly customer service when they mess up! Both Alyssa and Maggie are walking past us like if we’re there begging for free stuff! We paid over $ 200 for this. Darn Groupon gets me every time! Good luck!
Thank you for your response Jim. I have no reason to make this up. The bubbles and scratch were repaired and it looks great now. The whole experience was a hassle though. I had to miss work on a week day to get this fixed. Thank you for taking the time in reading my review and acknowledging my issue.

I was 2 minutes late because I could not find the building… The receptionist had me wait 45 minutes while she attended another customer … I told the receptionist before the «Check In» process that I had found and bought a groupon… I also told the receptionists I did not wish to have my tint done and would not be needing a future appointment before I left, I have no reason to make a false claim. I’m not the first bad review and after experiencing your customer service I can say definitely will not be the last. I just wish I had read all the reviews before wasting my time.

Spend extra buck and go to a professioal. Horrible customer service and horrible tint job. They cut the tint short so the top of window is exposed. They stated they do not cut the tint by hand, and that’s it’s precut to fit window. They said I would have to pay extra to have it done by hand and stated I should have told them that I wanted it by hand to begin with. Either way the job was done incorrect and should have been fixed at no charge. They also lied to my face when i asked for the owner, he stated he is the owner but refused to tell me his name. Bottom line this tint job was poorly done and they did not want to redo because there not making anything off of it. Oviously the installer saw he cut the tint short but still passed it off. Seriously people don’t go here, if you have a problem later they will not help you out. I also advised groupon and sent them photos, they were not happy

My husband bought me the Groupon special for my birthday last year. I upgraded the tint when I dropped my car off. They did a beautiful job and I was very happy with the service. The only complaint I have is one of the workers must have been drinking a soda while he was working on my car because my right front passenger door kept sticking every time I opened it. I looked inside the pocket area of the door and found a smashed Mountain Dew can which had leaked. Not cool because I don’t drink canned soft drinks in my car.

I have taken all of my cars here over the years to be tinted. I have NEVER had any issues with the tint fading, tearing, or peeling. You will more than likely need to drop your car off with them for a few hours but when you return for pickup you’ll be so happy you did.
They have many tint selections so you are sure to find something within your budget no matter how big or small that may be. Recently, my car was vandalized and my front driver side window was broken. I was able to get an appointment the next day! They are always willing to help and I will be a loyal customer to Astro Eclipse for as long as their doors are open. OK, first negative review I’ve ever written and I hate to be «that guy» who was looking for a deal and ends up complaining, but there is ample reason.
We recently leased a car for our kids to drive and since its a dark car, dark interior, they need some tint. however, they are new drivers, not apt to take care of things and its only a 3-​year lease, so I went to groupon to save some dough. I looked at the various offers and checked web sites, feedback, etc. and Astro Eclipse looked good, so I rang them up.
I spoke with a woman and when I asked if they would match the Groupon directly, she said sure. They make more that way and I prefer to have the money go in their pocket. I asked what tint film they used for that price, which she told me and I also explained I would not have a ride home, so I would have to wait for it. As a result, she had to schedule me 2 weeks into the future at 8am in the morning. No biggie — i appreciated them doing it while I wait.
Upon arriving, the gal working that day immediately hit me with a surcharge of $ 30 for something I can’t remember. I wasn’t stoked about that, but needed it done, so agreed. I then asked to confirm which film they would be applying, and it was different that what the prior person had told me. Strike 2. I was still going to pay more for the upgrade film and then was told they needed the car all day due to the car having plexiglass windows in the back. I went over the type of car with the first lady and that was never an issue. Striike 3. I couldn’t sit in the shop for 8 hours, so I left with my morning wasted driving there and back in rush hour traffic with no job done.
I am not a complainer, but I know BS when I get it. Sorry for the bad review, but you wasted a lot of my time.
I ended up going to Tint Connection Costa Mesa (
) and got none of this trouble from them. A good deal done in under 3 hours, same day and with no run around.

Maggie helped with 3 cars in my family. We got a great deal, although you will need to make appts in advance and the job takes 5+ hours (so you are without your vehicle for a long time). The results are great.

This review might be a tad bit late– but better than than never, right?
I got 5 windows tinted here on my Optima about a month ago or so. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out! Maggie (I hope I have her name right) was awesome and extremely helpful! She walked me through my options and made sure I was confident and understood everything. Their customer service is genuinely friendly and caring.
The amount of time it took for the tinting was longer than I expected from reading other reviews about their quick service but it was worth the wait.
I’m not too sure what the few negative reviews posted about the Groupon deal were talking about? I purchased the deal and was treated kindly and was able to get an appointment the following weekend.
I’ve had countless compliments on my car since the tinting was done.
I will definitely be referring family/​friends to Astro Eclipse!

Came back here in a total of 3 times.
First time I came here they took about 4 hours (with scheduled appointment) and did a bad job. (I opted for the Llumar Comfort Series) After they recommended me to wait a week, the crease marks were still there all over my front two windows (I should have taken pictures at the time). Rears also had crease marks but not as bad as fronts. So I called them to see if they can fix their mistakes since it’s «Lifetime Warranty.» They said they would and told me to come in the following week on Monday.
So second time I came here they had me reschedule to a later time of the day. Ok.
Third time I went back and had my two fronts and two rears redone. Fronts came out better this time around but had air bubbles which I don’t mind too much but passenger rear is the same as before and now I noticed a worm-​like bubble on my rear windshield. This time work took about 3 hours.
I currently have a 2002 Lexus LS430 and they tell me my window seals are too tight, and that’s the reasoning for the creases. Customer service from Maggie is great but their actual tinters need more AUTO TINT experience, since they also work on tinting for buildings/​homes. Maggie is holding up this business with the customer service but their tinters need to catch up especially for the money I paid.

I am CERTAIN that I received the best deal in terms of quality of work and product, timeliness, and value. More importantly, I received quality customer service from Clarice.
I shopped around at several different tint shops before returning to Astro Eclipse, and Clarice is what sealed the deal for me. She was polite (and not fake about it like others were), professional and courteous.
I was lucky enough to make an appointment that same day and dropped my car off around noon and received a call at 3:30 telling me it would be done shortly (about an hour earlier than I anticipated!)
I found them using Groupon, but didn’t use it because I was quoted the same price. It was such a deal that I upgraded to the next tint level for $ 20 and am completely satisfied with the tint as well as the upgraded warranty it came with.
