History

Established in 1984.

Auction Express Title Service was started because Carol Rafferty realized there was a great need for DMV expertise for the small independent car dealer. After establishing her presence in the used car industry, she realized that the public was also in great need of some one to navigate through the DMV process.

32 years later, Auction Express is still going strong. With the move away from the auction house, it has become time for a new name that better describes what the business does. We are proud to now call Auction Express, Auto Registration Express!

Carol Rafferty has been in the auto registration industry since 1975. After working for Don Steves Chevrolet, Nabors Cadillac, Toyota of Buena Park and Wilson Ford, Carol took a position at California Auto Dealers Exchange auction as a DMV expert. It was at the Auction that she gained the experience, knowledge and expertise to open Auction Express Title Service.

Keely Rafferty has worked at Auction Express over the course of her life. Helping work on title documents from the age of 9. Keely has graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2013 with a degree in Business Management. Keely has worked at classic car auctions and with classic car dealers to help with perfect her skills with classic /​vintage and exotic vehicles. Keely joined Auction Express full time in January of 2015. Keely is helping to make the old Auction Express into a new and better Auto Registration Express.
