In and out. The first time, our pup smelled wonderful. We asked for the shampoo/​conditioner used and bought some on Amazon. This was about 6 months ago. We took our pup again last week for the bath special– great deal. It only took about 2 hours. Carbon didn’t smell as nice as before but that’s okay. It would have been cool if they put a little bow or something but I guess that would be going above and beyond 5 star status.

Love and trust this place to take great care of our dog. We were moving out of state and thought it was more humane to place our dog with Sora then keep him cooped up in a hotel for two weeks.
We received pictures of our dog while we were separated from him. When we picked him up he had a super cute haircut and was well cared for.

I brought both of my babies here because I love the fact that they don’t cage them up, it always makes me sad thinking about them being in a cage while waiting there turn or waiting to be picked up. The first time i brought them here it was great no complains.
Second time I brought them I noticed some little blood stains in my car, I checked my dogs paw and sure enough they cut him. We went back and spoke to a lady who I think is the owner. She offered us a refund but we declined it. We let her know that he was cut and they need to be more careful. After that we shouldn’t of went back, but we were being open minded, they’re dealing with dogs they move, it happens.
So we took them back to get groomed. This time they cut my other dog. It was just a little cut in the side. We went to work and left them alone. When we came back he was bleeding and clearly it was bothering him. We put a cone on him and we’re watching him, and cleaning it twice a day, but it still managed to get infected. I went back and spoke to the same lady as before and she gave me the vet information this time no refund.
This happened around May 2 – 5. We took him to the vet they gave us some ointment and antibiotics to give him. We clean it and apply the ointment on him 2 times a day, everyday. And it has yet to heal. It’s still bothering him and he’s still in his cone.
I rather them cage my babies up for an hour, then to have them injured and be uncomfortable for so long.
I will NEVER bring them back here again.

Love this place they always are very friendly and have great service. I like it because they don’t keep your dogs there all day and they do a pretty cute job. Their prices are pretty standard or a little cheaper than most places.

They were grand opening not long ago. It had a try before, it was good and very neat place with nice decoration. I love their big glass wall that we would be able to see other dogs playing around. I enjoyed so much with them. By the way, they did great job on the grooming. I have been so satisfied with their work and services.

Went here for the first time yesterday and j was beyond impressed. I have an 80 pound pit mix who is always nervous about getting groomed and they were so kind and sweet and beyond accommodating. They have a fabulous deal going on right now Mon-​Thurs $ 29 for a bath including nails and ears!!! I highly recommend this place for your fur babies!!!

This place is a gem. I live just around the corner, and I used to go to a place called «Angel’s» right across Rose, but that place never had my pups ready on time, never called to tell me when they were ready, and shaved a bit too close on my little ones a couple times too many for me.
Then, I switched to a place called «Dog Days» down Yorba Linda Blvd. At first it was great. They were very friendly, gave me a personal cell phone number to text to set up appointments, let me make some last minute appointments on a couple occasions, etc. They had a fun little play area for the pups and everything. Then, they got judgmental. I use a choke collar on my biggest dog (a stubborn lab/​retriever), and two different employees made some snark comments about it to me. I don’t use electric collars or fences for god’s sake – I don’t think a choke chain is unreasonable for a powerful dog.
This place is great. Very «chic» and «modern» looking inside, but it has a nice playroom, and the people here are all very friendly. I read some of the other reviews, and a few people seemed bummed out about their dogs’ cuts, but I have my two wee-​ones shaved and my big pup washed and brushed, and they did a fantastic job on that front, so I cannot complain at all. They call me on time, they let me make an appoint TODAY for later TODAY even though it budges close to their closing time. It’s not on the cheaper side of groomers, so as long as you don’t mind paying the average price for grooming, you’ll be content here.

My dogs used to get really nervous and cry when I would take them to the groomers until I tried this place and now they are coming around and starting to like it. Really good turn around time, same day appointments available, and the dog play area seems like they are having a blast. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. They take the time to ask you how you want your dog to look and take notes. Our dog came out very happy, which is a win for us! Thank you Groom and Board!

I came here a couple months ago with my dog Max. He was recovering from a flea allergy outbreak and his coat was very patchy and uneven. I wasn’t quite sure how I wanted his hair cut, the only thing I knew is that wanted to even out his coat. When I arrived they asked me how I wanted his hair cut, so I told them just even out his coat. They asked about the feathering, his tail, his ears, and his head and face. I was so unsure about everything until they walked me through a typical hair cut for a terrier like mine. After everything was all said and done I left. When I returned I couldn’t have been more pleased with how his hair cut turned out! It’s exactly what I wanted and what I pictured but wasn’t able to explain to them. Max and I will definitely be back!

I’m pretty picky about my yorkies hair, they usually get it right though. I have to admit sometimes they haven’t done what I told them to do. But I have been to other places, one of them made my dogs’ ear go down and it has never been back up. They treat dogs well here though, and Lucy likes the play area they have.
Pretty unreliable people here. I made a 7 am appt for my dog so she could get done early. No one opened the place. 7:30, 30 minutes waiting outside finally someone is here. How can I trust them with my dog if no one is even here to open. definitely not coming back.

Awesome grooming place for pets…
It was our first visit today and we had a great experience. The staff was efficient and nice. She checked it the dog and asked us what we wanted and we were on our way. They called us when Daisy our Bishpoo was done and she looked great. We got her a haircut (head only), paw and sanitary trim, and nails cut. We got exactly what we wanted, they did a great job! Her ears were clean and they even worked on her tear spots. I was surprised at why the clerk asked if we wanted her nails rounded, so when we looked they were cut and rounded… LOL. Nice pedicure. We love this place, thank you… We will definitely be back…

I absolutely love this place and won’t take my fur guy anywhere else! The absolute best thing about them is that they have insane hours, it seems like they’re always open which is amazing for those of us with busy schedules. They also can get you in really quickly. I call and get appointments within just a day or two. They’re awesome and super flexible.
They also truly care about the pups there. The ladies at the front are always so sweet and hold my little guy when I drop him off and he’s a bit nervous.
They do a great job with the grooming too! I find that they REALLY stick to exactly what you ask them to do. But they also know what’s best for the pup and will make suggestions to keep them healthy and happy. If they ever feel they need to do anything extra, take a little more length off than you asked or something like they, they CALL you and and get your permission to do it before they go ahead. I really, really appreciate that. They always make sure to do what’s best for the dogs but to get your approval every step of the way.
Overall, super happy to have found this place!

Extremely happy with my dog grooming here. The groomer (Asian lady) took her time to groom my filthy old poodle into a decade younger looking dog. My dog smells wonderful and did not look scared at all. I could tell that she was very gentle with my Roxy, and even gave me a little bit of Roxy’s old hair in a ziplock bag as a remembrance/​souvenir. Will be coming back here for sure. 5 stars results.

Beautiful store, fantastic staff, great prices, and open 7 days a week! After our first two visits, we were updated at pick up that our Kona may have the beginning of an ear infection and that they saw 2 fleas while bathing her. I immensely appreciate that they care enough about our furbaby to want her to be happy and healthy! Love this place!

As a obsessive puppy mom, I want her haircuts to be perfect. And for spending over $ 75 every 6 weeks at Petsmart… they should be. However, the last few times my girl has not gotten her face right and have been going to her for over the past two years. So here comes Groom and Board.
First impression, it’s modern, pretty and smells clean as sh*t when you walk in. So lovely! There were cute little pups playing in the daycare area– absolutely adorable. I did call earlier for an appt, but didn’t seem to have me on the books. Oh well– they had no problem getting me in. I have a SC wheaten terrier, but do not give her the «standard cut.» When I told the girl what I wanted (I’m picky as crap) she seemed surprised. «Really? Hmmm. Oh. That short?» Plus with my dog crying in the cage in the back, I was a bit hesitant to leave her here.
However, she called me right on time (Petsmart would forget to call) and she was exactly the way I wanted her! :D She also explained Lucy’s slightly modified haircut bec her hair was not long enough (which I knew was from her last grooming). She made sure I was happy and was willing to change anything on the spot before I left. New customer here! And cheaper than what I was paying at Petsmart! Thanks Groom and Board!

2^nd visit– Ari needed to get a hair cut so her fur will be perfect length in time for my wedding.
I called the day of to see if they have any availability and they did. The associate (Brianna?) picked up the phone, and instantly knew my dog. Because I call my dog Ari Bear, so she remembers Ari bear (plus we have a membership). Dropped off my dog at noon while I ran some errands. I picked Ari up around 3:30 and they were just finishing her up. The groomer (a guy, can’t remember his name) was doing the finishing touches and make sure I liked Ari’s hair cut. Both associates were friendly and kind. I really love this place because it’s clean and customer service is AWESOME!
When my fiancé saw Ari. He loved her hair cut! She was so FLUFFY! like a toy stuff animal. She looked like a completely different dog. Lol.

They took really great care of my boys. My French bulldog isn’t that difficult to work with however my 3 year old pug freaks out just when you touch his hands. So when I took my little men here to get their nails cut and they committed I knew I’d found angels in disguise.
I heard my Pug putting up a fight in the back but as soon as I knew it the front desk person brought my little chubber lovers right out. She explained to me that they weren’t able to cut too much of the nail off because the quick grows the longer you go without cutting it (guilty) so they need more frequent cutting. But that just means I have to come here more often!
I tipped their groomer though it’s not required nor is there a dedicated spot. If someone was able to not cut off my Bruno’s entire nail off (ahem grandma) and keep their sanity they deserve it.
