I’m not a family member or friend, FYI. Got them through Groupon and they came the next day. Called ahead of time and came when said would be here. Very clean, professional, and friendly. I had the fake snow stuff on outside windows leftover from Christmas and they worked extra hard to get it off at no extra expense. The pricing from groupon was for washing inside and out and they were upfront about cleaning tracks and screens being extra. Counted Windows before hand and gave me exact price. Definitely would use them again. Very Happy!!!

This is a place where professionals promote their business to home owners looking for services and we landed #1 in Los Angeles for the year of 2015. Hopefully this will shed some light on the quality that our company can bring to the appearance of the home.

I just wanted to say thank you to this company for the job they’ve done on four seperate properties of mine along with my neighbors property they did as well. Such a good job I can’t even tell if there is a window there anymore, it’s just so clean. the young gentlemen that came even thought to wear booties when they came in just so they didn’t get anything on the carpets. My appointment with this company to service my house was on January 20, 2015. This company sent 1 person to come out to clean 15 windows that are all on the second floor as well as this day was this person’s first day working alone on the job with very little experience. Needless to say he did not set up his ladder properly and fell down from his ladder hurting himself and damaging my property. I was not so concerned with the damages to my property but more concerned with his safety. I sent him home after ensuring that he was physically OK to go. He promised me that the business owner will contact me to assess the situation. I did not receive a call from anyone and so after a few days I finally got a hold of the owner. I am not unreasonable, I just wanted to address the issue and to be kept abreast of what’s going on. I believe that any professional business owner would quickly contact their customer to apologize and work out an arrangement of some sort. I am deeply troubled by this lack of attention to my situation and the fact that the service was halfway completed and left my house in disarray.
At this point I told the owner to reimburse me $ 100 (the $ 59 amount that I had paid and the small difference of $ 39 is for materials and labor costs to repair the damages sustained on my property). He quickly agreed to send me a check for $ 100, but it is now 2 months later and I still did not receive the check and I emailed and called and left several messages to give them an opportunity to make good on their promise. But I get no call back from anyone.
It is unbelievable that a company can make such empty promises to appease the situation and then completely turn around and ignore their responsibility to take ownership. This behavior does not demonstrate any professional and ethical business conduct. I don’t recommend this company and I’m writing this review to forewarn others to be aware before you hire them.

I had a very good experience with PPS. Michael and Trevor are both very professional and respectful gentlemen. I purchased the groupon deal. Since I have dealt with other window companies, I already knew the screens and tracks were not included in the pricing. Michael explained all extra cost to me. I will continue to use PPS to clean my windows and to power wash my patio and garage. Thank you PPS for having such good employees!

I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews. I personally had a great experience. My appointment was a couple of weeks out, but considering the groupon price (which was great), I was okay with that. I was told upfront about the fee for tracks and screens. Contrary to what another reviewer stated, this is a customary charge with many window companies. It’s not unusual at all.
A company is only as good as it’s employees. The guy that came out, Trever, was very professional and he is responsible for earning this company a 5 star rating from me. He was very personable and did a thorough job with the windows, tracks and screens. I will use Positive Property Solutions again in the future, but will always request Trever. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

Don’t waste your time and money. What an incompetent bunch of flakes that probably still live at home with mommy and daddy. Please don’t trust the 5 star ratings — likely friends and family. I also bought a Groupon deal and have spent a few months trying to get the work done. Either they don’t answer the phone but when you finally get a hold of them & make your appt., they don’t show up. Full of excuses and lies. Today was the last straw when they once again called to cancel 10 min before they were supposed to be here. The other negative comments below are absolutely accurate and described my negative experience. You have been WARNED!

I’ve never taken time out of my busy life to write a negative review. But this company warrants it… I purchased a deal through Amazon Local.
Initial contact was difficult, they rescheduled on me 3x & once they came out they up charged me to clean screens and tracks. (Other professional window cleaners include this). The workers seem novice and didn’t clean tracks well and there were smudges on windows.
In the end, it cost me $ 210 for a 1300 square ft home :(
Definitely search elsewhere.

We had a very POSITIVE experience with PPS! They were on time and very professional and experienced. Also a great value for the $$! You cannot go wrong choosing PPS for your home and office maintenance needs!

Did not come out for appointment, and they are not anwering the phone. Waiting for them to return my call.

I bought a deal for Windows cleaning from groupon. After a week Dave & one more guy turned up. They first called to say they will come at 9.00 am then after some more calls they came at 12.15
Then the actual nightmare started. They first removed all the screens from windows. They said 4 were broken & indicated that these need to be repaired. They then gave me quote for repair & cleaning the tracks. While cleaning the tracks they only were cleaning one side. When I asked they said that is what I paid for. Next for the screen repairs they said I need to pay upfront. My mistake I trusted them. It has been 10 days I have called them 5 times & they don’t pick up their phones or have called back. In addition they took the ladder from my backyard. On the day when this happened I called them, they said it was by mistake & they will return the ladder as soon as possible. After that they don’t pick up their phones or have returned the ladder or returned my screen. In short I was robbed. I will do the need full to get my money back but please please stay away from these cheats.

Never done this before with another company, we liked the groupon deal so purchased it. Cleaning the tracks of each window is an extra $ 2, which is fine. BUT the type of «cleaning» involved in the tracks was just wiping it with a wet cloth…
Vacuuming the corner where all the dust gets stuck is an extra $ 2 dollars. If we knew that cleaning the track would just involve wiping it down, we would of done that ourselves and saved the $ 2 for each window. Not happy with that at all. Some windows were not cleaned properly, had to tell them to clean it again. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Great company! From the initial phone call with Blake to schedule an appointment at my convenience to Cameron and Juan doing a great job with the windows. This company will get my repeat business and should get yours!

I have mixed thoughts about this service.
What went well:
–Good price. Blake price matched and beat other companies.
–Professional. Quick to respond to emails and phone calls and showed up as scheduled.
–Friendly. Blake and his assistant were easy going and welcoming.
–Cleaned all the screens and windows.
–Power wash. Did a great job power washing the sides of my home.
What could have gone better:
–Window tracks. The first window tracks cleaned were done well but as they proceeded from the first floor to the second they went from well, to ok, to bad. One window track wasn’t done at all. I had to go back and clean many tracks myself.
–Damages. They broke my hose sprayer and neglected to tell me.
Unknown factors:
–Level of filth. I just bought the house and the previous owners never cleaned the tracks.
Perhaps the amount of cleaning that the windows needed was too big of a job for a two man crew. It took Blake and his assistant an hour and a half longer to do the job than they expected. Perhaps those factors contributed to the latter half of the work being done poorly. Blake gave me an over the phone estimate which made it impossible for him to see the extent of the necessary cleaning. However, that is part of the risk when agreeing to do over the phone estimates and I feel that the job should have been done correctly or he should have at least informed me that the job was done inadequately because it surpassed their service time.

They do excellent work! We got our house pressure washed and our windows clean very pleased with their work. All the staff that I dealt with was extremely friendly and it felt like the business strives to make their customers happy! Will definitely call them back if we need more work
