I like Subway in general, but sick of repeated poor attitudes of the one on Orangethorpe, I came here. As I walked in, there was a lady at the counter, I could hear her«sigh» as I walked in. She acted as I was there to bother her, I almost walked out but a second employee named Sean(saw his badge), greeted me, also told the lady he would take care of me. Okay… Sean was pleasant and tried carrying out a conversation as he was making my sub, he did a decent job on my sub. Overall, I’d say this Subway is not at a very good location to start with, as it’s tucked away in the rear of a small plaza. Their veggies are not as fresh as the result. This location also refused to sell me Clippers’ Blake Griffin’s double meat promotion last year. Which made me go to Orangethorpe location which was further. Subway, maybe you should stop opening so many stores and concentrate on getting your existing stores better… And I wonder why I dislike franchise places… Sean saved the day, 3 stars, otherwise, even 1 star would have been too generous. For the record, I went in on Saturday night.

I frequent Subway all the time and at many different locations. This is a smaller location but very clean and neat looking. I arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday. The two fellas didn’t have a very enthusiatic greeting but still were nice. The order process went well(I ordered 5 footlongs). However, when my group at the soccer field took their first bite, everyone mentioned how dry & stale the bread was. Nothing matters more than the bread. I will never visit this location again. Please do no ever use stale bread again.

This is not my favorite Subway. This crazy lady worked there and she would always bother me when I was trying to get a meatball sandwich. All of the Subways in this area are pretty bad. I think they hire anyone to work at them because every time I go into one, there’s different people but they’re all weird.

Very nice customer service! Open 24⁄7 so this place is somewhat good for a midnight meal!

This place is a 24hrs. Restaurant. Came to buy some breakfast and I was heading for the restroom and a employe with short English skills did not open the restroom to wash my Hans. Horrible explanation and pathetic excuse. Not a good customer service. I will not Recomended a restaurant that doesn’t allow customers to use the facility’s

This place confuses me a bit because sometimes they aren’t open at the hours they say on the sign.(not all the time but enough for me to notice) Other than that is is your average subway.

This review reflects my most recent trip to this location. Now subways in the area are very common, within a two mile radius of this location there are at least 5 other subways. Normally this is my go to based on its location and they do participate in the Orange County Subway iPhone app to order your sandwich, which is cool. On this particular visit is was slightly busy, but I have been to busier locations and gotten better service. The girl behind the counter seemed as if this was worst thing in the world she could have been doing. She slopped down the meet for my sandwich and moved along leaving about 2 inches of my sandwich without anything but bread. I asked for swiss cheese, she didn’t have any handy and with big huff, she went back and got some and literally tossed it at the container(missed btw and it landed it the lettuce) This is where I mention, none of the ingredients in the containers looked good. I skipped out on a number things I would normally put on my sandwich because they didn’t look fresh. A quick, sloppy squirt of vinegar and I was out. I will say though they do have deals for local students and Tuesdays are free cookie days with a footlong purchase. I go here often and if I get I redeeming experience I’ll try to re-review.

The food is same Subway food, but the service here is really good. The workers are nice and the place is clean. There are a lot of high schoolers that come here because it’s down the street and they have special deals for students.

This is my favorite Subway. If you don’t mind dealing with a few high school students for a few hours after school gets out, then this is the place for you. The ingredients and the bread are always fresh, the staff are VERY nice and helpful. It may not have the glitz and glamour(i.e. the Freestyle machine) like the one up the street, but they are VERY efficient. The rarely have a lie, and when they do they keep it moving really fast. The place is always VERY clean, and there is always seating available. Plus, it is always fun to relive your childhood by playing some old-school video games. Sometimes, the parking lot is a bit crazy because it is set up kind of weird, but I never have trouble getting a space close up. It is definitely worth a visit.

I like this Subway store. Employees were really quick and kept the line moving. They didn’t try to pressure me to «upgrade» to a meal if I wanted to get a soda and a bag of chips. I did that on my own, thank you! This Subway location is different from all the others I’ve been to: 1. There are more tables and chairs the the«usual» amount in other stores. 2. There is a restroom that is available to customers(!). 3. There is a back room with big windows facing the intersection of Chapman and Bradford, and this room has additional tables and chairs, old style video games, and candy dispensers. 4. This is the first time I’ve ever heard music being played at a Subway announcing«You’re listening to the Subway Channel!» I would have given this place just three stars, but, because of the«extra» features, I thought it earned one more star. Yay, Subway! :-)
